Outside the apartment has a patio & garden area with sun loungers, patio table & chairs. The communal pool and gardens are just a few steps away. Restaurants, supermarkets, bars and banks all within 5 minute walk so car hire is not essential but recommended for those who wish to drive to one of the nearby award winning beaches or play Golf at one of the 7 nearby golf courses. Quesada is easily reached from either Alicante or Murcia airport (both 25 minutes drive). Our apartment will comfortably accommodate 5 people and has air conditioning/heating, sky TV including movies and sports channels, CD player e.t.c.

Notes to the rental rates

• A £100 non refundable deposit secures booking. Balance plus £100 damage/key deposit to be paid 8 weeks prior to departure. Damage/key deposit will be returned after satisfactory inspection of villa. All rates quoted are per week (ie 7 days and 7 nights). 10 day lets available depending on time of year and availability. Check-in from 3.00pm on date of arrival. Check-out by 10.00am on date of departure. Late departure can be arranged subject to availability.
  Rental rates include: fresh bedding, towels and service charges (electricity, water etc). Please provide own towels for beach or pool use. The property has a brand new top of the range air conditioning/heating system in both bedrooms and living room.There is also a safe for your valuables. These facilities are free to use we only ask you to pay 50euros cleaning fee on arrival to the key holder. Highchairs, cots and pushchairs are also available on request.

Local information

Quesada is a small town that has been growing since the 1980’s situated near the coast in southern Costa Blanca between Torrevieja and Guardamar both with excellent beaches. It possesses all the usual amenities of a small town with numerous restaurants, supermarkets and banks and even has its own golf course and water park. Quesada has a pleasantly warm year round climate with temperatures ranging from 13 - 17 degrees during the ' winter ' months and 28 - 38 degrees in July and August.

Guardamar

with its Blue Flag beach is a 5 minute drive away where you will find plenty of restaurants and bars. There is a Saturday night craft market and a funfair at fiesta times and throughout the peak season. Supermarkets and banks are all within walking distance and there are plenty of local markets to be found every day of the week, the nearest being the large campo de guardamar sunday market. The lively town of Torrevieja is 20 minutes away where all the entertainment of discos, music bars, funfair's etc can be found, along with water park,cinema and marina. The larger towns of Elche, Crevillente etc. and the cities of Murcia and Alicante are all within a comfortable drive, as are national parks and small villages steeped in history all just waiting for you to discover them.

Torrevieja

is a cosmopolitan Spanish town, it can easily be reached by car or the frequent local buses. Torrevieja has an esplanade, a marina and boasts plenty of shops, bars, cafes, clubs and restaurants. There is also a large market on the esplanade every Friday. On the outskirts of Torrevieja there are two large natural salt lakes renowned for their healing properties .

Golf Information:

Quesada is every golfers dream! We have a course on our doorstep and there are several championship courses within a short drive including Las Ramblas, Villamartin and Campoamor which are reasonably priced. Facilities include - club hire, caddie cart and motorised buggy hire, driving range, putting green and a pro-shop. The world famous La Manga and La Finca courses are just 45 minutes away by car. Each golf course has it's own unique design. All challenging and enjoyable to play.
