This 2 bed 2 bath g/f apartment with communal pool is ideally located in Ciudad Quesada within walking distance of many bars, shops, and restaurants. The property is superbly equipped and furnished, with a covered patio and spacious terrace to the front and another rear terrace. Satellite TV is provided in the lounge and master bedroom with air con & ceiling fans in all rooms. With the sofa bed in the lounge, the property can sleep six people. Facilities in Ciudad Quesada include the La Marquesa Golf Course, an aqua park, bowls club, nature reserve with BBQs and picnic areas, as well as many bars, restaurants, shops, supermarkets and medical centres. Within a short distance are activities such as horse-riding, crazy golf, go-karting and all types of watersports. A little further afield are the attractions of Terra Mitica, Aqualandia, and Mundomar sea life centre. The superb beach at Guardamar is only 10 minutes drive with Alicante and Murcia airports only 30 minutes away.

Amongst the many facilities in Ciudad Quesada are the La Marquesa Golf Course, an aqua park, bowls club, nature reserve with BBQ facilities and picnic areas, as well as many bars, restaurants, shops, supermarkets and medical centres. There are numerous activities within a short distance such as horse-riding, crazy golf, go-karting and all types of watersports. A little further afield are the attractions of Terra Mitica, Aqualandia, and Mundomar sea life centre. The cultural city of Murcia is only a 30 minute drive with its many museums as well as superb shopping! The historical port of Cartagena is only a short drive further. The waters of the Mar Menor on the Costa Cálida, famous for watersports, are 20 minutes away and the famous Spas at Fortuna and Archena a short drive. Many superb golf course are within easy reach including those at the prestigious La Manga Golf Resort.

  • 30% non-returnable deposit is required to confirm booking.
    We request a bond of £150.00 to be paid with your final payment. This is to cover any damage, and should be in the form of a separate cheque which will be held by us & returned to you 7 days after vacating the apartment, subject to a satisfactory inspection and the return of the keys on your departure.
    Balance + Bond to be paid 8 weeks before departure.
    Please note: No cancellation can be made after this date; the full balance will remain due whether or not the booking is taken up. Please ensure that you are fully insured against this.
    Occupancy not before 3pm on date of arrival unless by prior agreement. The apartment is to be vacated by 10am on date of departure, unless by prior agreement.
  • We will send directions to the apt from your arrival airport approx. 2 weeks prior to departure.
    Transport can be arranged to and from the airport for clients not hiring a car.
    We operate a 'meet and greet' service for all clients for key handover.
