This high quality newly built apartment in a low rise development in Dolores is furnished to a high standard, and features balcony views over an unspoiled rural landscape to the mountains of Elche. Dolores is ideally suited to those looking for the a quieter rural base for their holiday, with the town being only 15 minutes from the unspoilt southern Costa Blanca coastline to the East, while top class golf courses are only a short drive away.

Dolores is a beautiful country town, in the heart of the Spanish 'huerta' (orchard). Located about 25 miles South East of Alicante, the nearest large town is Elche, around 15 miles away, with its famous palm grove. Dolores is an easy 30 mile drive from Alicante Airport via the A7 and A37 motorways, or about 18 miles cross country - either route only takes about 30 - 40 minutes from the airport to the apartment. A high point in the Dolores year is the 'Feria de Agosto', held in August, where the national Spanish Horse Contest is held.
