The apartment is central location, with a 10 - 15 minute walk to the Town centre, sea- front (local beaches), harbour, daily market along the parade with fun fair, aqua park, ozone complex with Casino, bowling alley, bars and restaurants, Carrefore Super store, Park of the Nations with boating pond, Skate Park, the large Friday market said to be one of the largest on the Costas, putting green & golf range and the new Habaneras Shopping Mall. Within a 10/15 minute drive you can visit 4 great golf courses and numerous wonderful blue flag beaches. Terra Mitica theme park, Mundamar and Aquqlandia in Benidorm are a 45 minute drive from the apartments.

Golf: To be able to rent a appartment on the beautiful Mediterranean coast and to be able to enjoy its excellent climate is the dream of many Europeans. Here on Costa Blanca there is a large amount of golf courses for players of all levels. Within 8 km of Torrevieja, there are 4, 18 hole courses. The Villamartin golf course designed by Paul Putman, the variety of the 18 holes offered by this course was achieved thanks to an excellent design that gives enthusiasts the chance to enjoy using all 14 clubs from their bags. Las Ramblas golf course all of the amenities one would expect to find in just such a setting, you have this panoramic views of the Mediterranean and the high quality of the development, then indeed this must be reflected in a very special way of life which can only be Villamartin.

Campoamor golf course in design by Carmelo Gracia made the layout of this course adapted both to the professional player and the amateur. The fairways -wide and long but the greens and the inclination of the fairways are the big challenges. La Marquesa, lying in a valley between two mountains, this course is mainly flat and offers no particular difficulties. It has wide fairways interspersed with canals, lakes and other obstacles which all players find enjoyable. . Several new courses are planned and some are already being constructed.

Sehr schone saubere und gepflegte Anlage. Die Villa Nr 70., wo wir gewohnt haben, ist bis auf Kleinigkeiten gut ausgestattet.Die Ambiente ist angenem einladent und mit viel Liebe zum Deteil dekoriert. Mit große Familie ist das die beste Mögligkeit sich gut zu erholen, man braucht auser privat Sachen nichts (wirklich nichts !) mitzunehmen.Gemeinschaftspool ist sauber und regelmäsig wird der Qualität von Wasser überprüft. Bis zum Strand genau 1,5 km. Mit Kindern es ist anstrengend so ein Weg bis zum Strand jeden Tag zu Fuß schaffen, braucht man Auto. Schöne Stadt mit vielen Sehenswürdigkeiten. Das waren super tollen 2 Wochen! Empfelenswert!
