A beautiful, spacious two bedroom apartment in Torrevieja, just 30 minutes drive from Alicante airport. The apartment overlooks the pool and gardens and is only 500 metres from the beach, promenade and town centre with a wide variety of restaurants, bars and shops. The aqua park is within walking distance and there are also 4 golf courses nearby including the famous La Manga course.

Torrevieja is 28 miles south of Alicante on the Costa Blanca. Here you can enjoy more than 300 days of sunshine a year. The famous salt lakes can be admired on your journey to and from the airport and look out for the flamingos. The apartment is on the second floor and is serviced by two lifts. There is a spacious sun terrace on the roof where you can admire the views over the surrounding countryside and view a bargain in the local street market which takes place in the surrounding streets every Friday morning. Benidorm in just a one hour drive away where the new theme park Terra Mitica (Magic Land) is well worth visiting. For those who do not wish to drive the apartment complex is adjacent to the central bus station.

Spacious apartment but requiring a little tlc. Good location close to seafront. Not many true spanish restaurants to be found. Layout of apartment good for 2 families as bathroom either end of apartment next door to each bedroom. Little noisy at times as apartment block is part residential (children going to school, parents to work). Market on a Friday right outside front door. Bus station 5 minutes walk away that will take you to many destinations for days out. Although a pool available there was nothing to sit/lie on except the concrete. Car not necessary. although transport needed to get to Carrefour and shopping mall (Centro Commercial), taxi costs around 6 euros, if food shopping you won't want to take the bus! Large folder in apartment supplying plenty of information.
Owner's Response: Our apartment is in a nice quiet area while still being near all amenities like shops, beaches and promenade. It is very spacious. It is currently being painted and we are waiting delivery of some new furniture.
