Quality 2 bedroom apartment close to town centre - a perfect base if you do not want to use a hire car but want to be close to all facilities. New in 2005. This well equipped, wheelchair friendly apartment sleeps up to 4 and has a combined lounge, dining area and kitchen. UK TV and other channels and radio. A few minutes walk from supermarkets, bars, restaurants, etc. 500 metres or less than 10 minutes walk to the sandy beach at Playa del Cura. Main bus station within 10 minutes walk if you want to venture further a field – Alicante, Benidorm, etc. 20 minute walk to Carrefour, Habernas shopping centre (H&M, C&A, Zara, etc), McDonalds, ten pin bowling, casino, etc. See SPECIAL OFFERS after the weekly prices for late booking or extended stay.

Additional information about rental rates

  • Additional 40 euro for a clean at the end of the rental period, irrespective of the number of days/weeks.
    Contact us for LATE BOOKING and LONGER STAY DISCOUNTS (up to 8 weeks)
  • Confirm acceptance of our quotation in writing as soon as possible as all bookings are based on a “first come, first served” basis.
    Full payment in euro cash on arrival at property. During peak periods, a non refundable deposit may be required. This is included in our full quotation to you if applicable.
    Arrival and departure days are not restricted to weekends.
  • At least one member of a party must be over 21 years of age and their name and address must be provided as the lead member of the booking. We do not accept large groups of the same sex for 'hen parties', etc. The nightlife of places such as Benidorm are more suitable than this area.

    On some bookings, we may require a damage deposit, particularly for groups under 21 years of age. A payment would be made before the start of the holiday, and once the clean and laundry has been done after the holiday ends, if everything is OK, we will refund the full amount back to the home address. If there is any unexpected damage, or if a larger-than-normal clean is required, the appropriate amount will be deducted.

Los Agles, about 10 minutes walk, but it's open in the summer months only. Heated public swimming pools can be found at the Sports Centre near the Aquapark (about 20 minutes walk) and at nearby Aldea del Mar Fitness Club (about 15 minutes walk).
