Larger than average one bedroom apartment in Torrevieja town centre. The apartment is on the first floor of a well maintained private development with secure intercom entrance. The apartment is very comfortable with a good-size lounge with diner and kitchen combined plus small balcony overlooking the communal pool. A bedroom and full size bathroom with shower. Air conditioning fitted to the lounge plus ceiling fans in lounge and bedroom. TV with Spanish satellite system (some English speaking programs) DVD player . Easy walking distance to main attractions and beach, plus shops, restaurants, cafes, bars in abundance on your doorstep. Free Parking available in the streets around building. (generally spaces always available)

The apartment building is located on calle del Huerto which is very close to jardin de las Naciones (park of nations - A beautiful tropical park with boating lake (small boats for hire) and children’s play area. less than 5 min walk and your at Ramon Gullad (main high street in Town) 7 min walk and you are at The 'Plaza de La Constitucion' (Constition Square - main church and town hall and rock garden square) within 10 mins is the plaza waldo Calero (Very popular square close to the harbour with magnificent water fountain (where the evening markets stalls start)

As we are based in Spain we accept full payment of rent in euros upon arrival. The original deposit of £100.00 - €100.00 paid to confirm booking now acts as a bond against any damage to the property, excessive cleaning or lost keys and is promptly returned within 7 days of departure . There is a standard 35 Euro cleaning / laundry charge payable on arrival (in euros).
  • Additional services : Hot / Cold Air conditioning. Please note for keeping cool there are ceiling fans in the lounge area and bedroom however if you would like additional Air conditioning its available price is €20 euros a week (or 3 euros a day)
  • Airport Transfers can be arranged from either Murcia or Alicante airports, Bike Hire available, kids nursery furniture for hire.
