• All electricity and air conditioning / heating are included in price. A non refundable deposit of £80 is required to confirm booking, the balance to be paid 5 weeks before departure. A returnable breakage deposit of £50 is also required when final payment is made. 40€ cleaning / laundry charge is payable on arrival at apartment

Areas to visit

The apartment building is located on Calle Bazan which is very close to Jardin de Las Naciones (Park of Nations). The park a beautiful tropical area with a boating lake (small boats for hire) and a childrens play area. A 7 - 10 minute walk will take you to the town centre where the main church and town hall are around The 'Plaza de la Constitucion' ( Constition Square ). A little further on takes you to the Promenade and The Plaza Waldo Calero close to the Harbour with magnificent water fountains. Here the evening market stalls start, also a funfair for the kids. Take any road opposite the apartment will lead you to the big weekly market which is every Friday from early morning to 2pm. There are many Spanish and International (English, Irish, Italian etc) Bars, Shops and Restaurants within a 2 minute walk, catering for all tastes, even Burger bars.

Transport

If you wish to catch a bus there are bus stops along the road above the apartment. They also run along the sea front. The main bus station is where the big market is held. Taxis line up in front of the main church. Transfers to and from the apartment can be arranged. Maximum 4 people per car at 30 euros each way from Alicante and 30euros each way from Murcia (payable to driver). Please advise if you are interested in this service.
