Torrevieja Town holiday apartment: Avda. de las Habaneras

The area: The beaches of Los Locos and Playa del Cura are just a short stroll away, together with a vast selection of bars, restaurants and supermarkets. The closest restaurant is Stefan's which offers good food and a very friendly service, but there are many others to choose from along the beach front and all along the Avenida de las Habaneras. If you are looking for a beach holiday, or somewhere close to town this is the apartment for you.

Address and directions: Edificio Los Angeles Avda De Las Habaneras 119 - 3E Torrevieja (Alicante) From Alicante Airport: Take the N332 from Airport towards Torrevieja (signposted Cartegena). Journey will take about 30 minutes. Shortly before the Torrevieja turn off, you will pass La Mata on the left, then you start going uphill. Here start getting ready to turn left in few hundred metres. Turn left in to Citra. Del Torrejon. (if you miss this, the next turn off is a slip road to Torrevieja, take this and double back to join Citra. Del Torrejon). This road takes you all the way to the sea front past a small castle and park called Torre del Moro. You will then join Alfred Nobel and then Avda DR Mariano Ruiz Casanovas. At the traffic lights at the end of this section, you will see the junction of Avda De Las Habaneras. Turn right into this and pull over on the right. The apartment block is just behind you. 3E is on the third floor. These directions and a map can be emailed or posted to you.

Shops/restaurants/bars: Nearest shops and amenities: The nearest large supermarket is on Avda De Las Habaneras, 5 minutes walk away. Come out of the apartment and turn right. Keep walking up the avenue and you will find the supermarket on the same side just after a Chinese restaurant. There are some smaller local shops even nearer. Take the turning by Stefans and continue up that road. You will find a supermarket that specialises in fresh fruit and vegetables. There are also some nice traditional Spanish eateries around here. Bars and restaurants are everywhere, just stroll around and take your pick. Town centre: The quickest way is to walk straight up Avda De Las Habaneras though you may prefer to stroll along the seafront.

Golf: There are three championship courses within 5 mins drive: Villamartin, Campoamor and Las Ramblas which are reasonably priced. The world famous La Manga course is 45 mins away although it needs to be booked in advance due to its popularity.
