This ground floor duplex is on the outskirts of Torrevieja on the Costa Blanca on the very popular urbanisation of Jardin Del Mar V. Jardin del Mar is in a complex of houses and 2 storey apartments, with designated pool areas, situated approx 5 min drive from Torrevieja town centre and beaches and about 20 miles from either Alicante or Murcia Airport. Its southern aspect also makes this a warm apartment for winter rentals! Upstairs apartment also available so sleeping 9. The Costa Blanca is an ideal location for a summer or winter sun holiday with an average of 320 days sunshine each year. Torrevieja is a fast developing Mediterranean coastal town situated approximately 30 miles from Alicante / Murcia airports on the Costa Blanca, in the south east of Spain. It is easily accessible due to the main N322 road and the A7 motorway and is an ideal location for a summer or winter sun holiday with an average of 320 days sunshine each year It is situated next to the sea in the south of the Valencian Community and it boasts lots of beaches, a natural park and salt lakes where there is an abundance of flamingos and other wildlife. Due to the vicinity of the salt lakes, Torrevieja benefits from a microclimate that has been a long favourite with the Spanish and Nordic tourists who come year after year for its beneficial effects. Torrevieja has even been voted as one of the best places to live by the World Health Authority.

  • Available for long lets (over one month) at £115 per week including all bills in the winter season

    PLEASE NOTE THAT THE CLEANING CHARGE AND BEING MET AT THE PROPERTY WITH THE KEYS IS INCLUDED IN THE PRICES ABOVE- SO THERE IS NOTHING MORE TO PAY! (Though for departures/arrivals between the hours of midnight – 6 am there is a charge of 20 euros payable locally)
    A booking deposit of 25% is required to reserve and the balance to be paid 8 weeks before arrival. Changeover days are negotiable depending on existing reservations, midweek bookings accepted. Prices shown are per week for up to four guests, for a party of five there is small surcharge per week. Smoking on the terrace only, please. A damage and key deposit of £100 is required and will be returned after satisfactory inspection of the apartment. Payment may be made by personal cheque, however, if you prefer we can offer secure credit card payments via Pay Pal. These payments will incur an additional charge of 3.5%.
  • All bedding, hand towels, tea cloths and electricity are provided. The communal pool is close by with access by a key available in the duplex. There is a full time life guard in the months of July and August.
  • Smoking on the terrace only, please. The front patio is fully enclosed with a lockable gate, important for those little ones!

Notes: The enclosed patio with lockable gate makes it safe for those little ones. It is also wheelchair friendly. It has been furnished to make it feel like home, even down to bucket and spades for the children! The accommodation comprises of two bedrooms, one double and one twin and one bathroom (with shower). It has a fully equipped separate kitchen (Not American style) The lounge has a sofa bed and a standard sofa along with English satellite TV, a CD player, collection of 75 music CD's, DVD player, collection of 70 DVD's, a PS2 with 30 games, board games and books. There is also a dining area which seats 6. For your comfort ceiling fans are fitted in all rooms. All of the bedrooms are tastefully decorated with bedside cabinets, fitted wardrobes and plenty of storage space. Available for use - bucket/spades, sun parasol for beach, beach chairs, beach mats, inflatables

Thanks for a great holiday in a spotless apartment! It was lovely to sunbathe on the patio in Feb and get a tan just like you said. Apartment was great, well maintained and everything was no trouble for the housekeeper. The selection of films and the playstation kept the children amused. The chinese up the road was well worth the menu of the day! Will not hesitate to use again and recommend to friends

We had a wonderful holiday at this apartment. It was very clean and tidy on arrival.The facilities were exactly as advertised. The information pack was very informative, giving advice on where to go and the best places to eat.
I would definitely return to enjoy another holiday here. Brilliant!!
