A comfortable house in the quiet area of Rojales Hill

This house is situated in the quiet area of Rojales Hill, but within easy reach of all facilities, On the ground floor there is a spacious open plan living/dining kitchen area. This is comfortably furnished and well equipped and has satellite TV, a full sized oven and hob and a fridge/freezer. There is an automatic washing machine under the patio stairs.Also on the ground floor are two bedrooms (one double and one twin) and a bathroom with bath and overhead shower. Outside there is an enclosed patio with stairs leading up to a large roof terrace, with views over the surrounding mountains. A small third bedroom leads off the roof terrace. A large swimming pool is shared with 15 other properties. The typically Spanish village of Rojales, which has a weekly market and two good supermarkets, is 10 minutes walk away and there is a range of bars, restaurants and shops within easy walking distance. An Aqua Park and the La Marquesa Country Club golf course are both within 5 minutes drive

There is plenty to do in the immediate area. A ten minute walk away is a large selection of bars and restaurants to suit all tastes and pockets. and a small number of local shops Also within an easy walk are the villages of Rojales and Benijofar, with their weekly markets . The attractive resort of Guardamar is a ten minute drive away This benefits from superb, uncrowded, blue flag beaches and a wide range of very good and very cheap beach side restaurants. Further afield, the resort of Torrevieja is a 20 minute drive and there are many other beaches in the southern Costa Blanca and the Mar Menor within easy reach. The historic cities of Murcia, Elche, Cartagena and Orihuela are all worth visiting and the views from the castle at Alicante are superb. Within an hours drive you can be in the mountain scenery of the Sierra de Espuna, the castle at Guadalest or bustling resorts such as Benidorm, Altea or Calpe. The airports at Murcia and Alicante are both within a 30 minute drive.
