Each apartment is on the first floor of the same complex with the facilities described below. Apartment A overlooks the garden/pool and features a large 'L' shaped sun terrace complete with patio table, chairs, sun lounger and parasol. Apartment B has distant views of the Mediterranean, again with terrace, table, chairs, sun lounger and parasol. The apartments have similar room layouts. The apartments are accessible by lifts. Kitchen also supplied with kettle, toaster, coffee maker and electric juicer. A large pedestal fan is provided for each apartment. Please bring beach towels. Please note the Spanish electricity supply is 220v, requiring Southern European two rounded pin plugs/adaptors. Whilst there are a number of DVDs, book and board games provided for your use, please feel free to bring your own.

• After initial enquiry, please send £100 (UK Sterling) non-refundable deposit per apartment. There is an additional 60 euros cleaning charge per week per apartment to paid be directly to our agent upon arrival. The balance of rental payment is payable in full, 8 weeks prior to start of rental period. A refundable breakages deposit of £100 per apartment is required.

The apartments are in an ideal location for both the beach and the town, as restaurants and bars are only a few minutes walk away as is the main shopping area. Many spectacular festivals and carnivals are held locally. Torrevieja has many fine restaurants as well as Chinese, Italian, Indian, Mexican and the unique tapas bars. British food is also available, so there is something for everyone.

Local area

The Costa Blanca of Spain is so called because of the innumerable white sandy beaches and blue waters of the Mediterranean. Other Activities: As well as golf there is an abundance of activities you can enjoy - water sports, horse riding, safari park, go-karting and many others. You can enjoy spotting the many species of birds whilst strolling in the Nature Reserves of the 2 salt lakes around La Mata & Torrevieja. A visit to the local market in Torrevieja town centre is a must, selling everything from fresh fruit to shoes, local art and crafts. An ideal place to buy presents for friends back home.

For golf fanatics there are 3 stunning championship 18 hole courses within a 15 minute drive of Torrevieja -Club De Golf Villamartin, Real Club De Golf Campoamor and Club De Golf Las Ramblas De Orihuela. There is also the Marquesa course as well as another 3 courses within 45 minutes drive at La Manga and Alicante respectively. Courses in the area are renowned for their superb scenery, upkeep and excellent playing condition. Please remember to book your round well in advance to avoid disappointment!
