• PLEASE READ FOLLOWING TERMS AND CONDITIONS CAREFULLY. Occupancy- a maximum of 6 people are allowed in any one booking and occupancy is based on a weekly basis. SAVE ???'s DISCOUNTS AVAILABLE FOR ALL BOOKINGS IN EXCESS OF ONE WEEK. Long term rentals during low season are welcome. 2. Damage & breakages - a refundable deposit of ?200 will be payable prior to arrival. following satisfactory departure inspection deposit will usually be returned within 7 working days. 3. payments - deposit of ?99 will be payable at the time of booking. Full and final payment will be due 8 weeks before arrival. the following cancellation charges will apply8-6 weeks -50%;6-4 weeks 75% &under 4 wks l00%.4. Payment method & currency -only accept UK Sterling & Euros i cash, cheques or bank transfer. 5. Need to take out travel insurance & copy produced. 6. the apartment will normally be available from 2pm on the day of arrival however it may be possible to arrive earlier b y prior arrangement.
  
• 7. the apartment must be vacated by l0 am on the day of departure however subject to availability it may be possible to extend this time and the owners reserve the right to charge for this facility. We are not able to store luggage once the apartment has been vacated but the representative maybe able to assist with this. 8. Cleaning & laundry - clients are expected to leave the apartment clean & tidy. The terrace, kitchen (incl cooker) should be left clean. Accommodation and Facilities for the apartment in La Mata, Torrevieja, Alicante - Costa Blanca, Spain

Facilities:

Within 10 minutes walking distance to Torrevieja beach, also 10 minutes by bus is the town centre of Torrevieja, the Marina and Harbour, which has international status as well as a fun-fair. There are three top 18 hole golf courses and sandy beaches nearby. There is also a large hypermarket, a sports complex, a large children's park, a football stadium, a water park, cinemas and a bowling alley. In addition, the largest market in Spain is held here every Friday.

The Environment:

The beaches of Costa Blanca have been awarded the European Blue Flag for clean beaches and unpolluted water. The two salt lakes which surround Torrevieja create a wonderful climate all year round, and are beneficial for people with arthritis and chest problems. For many it’s a daily routine to partake in a mud bath for the healing properties. The lakes are home to a host of wild life including large flocks of flamingos.

Charming two bedroom apartment:

Situated in a quiet residential area, this is an ideal place to have a quiet family holiday in Torrevieja, but within easy access of all the facilities and attractions. There is a large private swimming pool and a separate connecting children’s pool for the use of the residents. The holiday home sleeps 6 as there is a double sofa bed in the lounge. The large patio can be used for sunbathing and dining out. the apartment is tastefully decorated throughout and furnished comfortably. The living area is decorated in the local tradition with marble floors and tiled skirting, solid wooden doors and architraves. The bathroom is fully tiled and has a modern suite and shower unit. Golf Information:

Costa Blanca is the ideal place for a golfing holiday. Following Golf Clubs Near Torrevieja : VILLAMARTIN (18 Holes par 72 and driving range), CAMPOAMOR (18 Holes par 72), LAS RAMBLAS (18 Holes par 72), LA MARQUESA (18 Holes par 72), LA FINCA (18 Holes par 72), LA MANGA CLUB (54 Holes), Villamartin is less than a mile from the villa and Campoamor and Las Ramblas are only a few minutes drive away. La Finca is the newest club in the area only completed late 2000. The famous La Manga club is about 40 minutes drive from the apartment, but has three courses and is well worth a visit. Tee times can be booked one week in advance at Las Ramblas and 3 days in advance at Campoamor.
