Facilities::
Within 10 minutes walking distance to Torrevieja beach, also 10 minutes by bus is the town centre of Torrevieja, the Marina and Harbour, which has international status as well as a fun-fair. There are three top 18 hole golf courses and sandy beaches nearby. There is also a large hypermarket, a sports complex, a large children's park, a football stadium, a water park, cinemas and a bowling alley. In addition, the largest market in Spain is held here every Friday.
The Environment::
The beaches of Costa Blanca have been awarded the European Blue Flag for clean beaches and unpolluted water. The two salt lakes which surround Torrevieja create a wonderful climate all year round, and are beneficial for people with arthritis and chest problems. For many it’s a daily routine to partake in a mud bath for the healing properties. The lakes are home to a host of wild life including large flocks of flamingos.
Charming two bedroom apartment::
Situated in a quiet residential area, this is an ideal place to have a quiet family holiday in Torrevieja, but within easy access of all the facilities and attractions. There is a large private swimming pool and a separate connecting children’s pool for the use of the residents. The holiday home sleeps 6 as there is a double sofa bed in the lounge. The large patio can be used for sunbathing and dining out.
the apartment is tastefully decorated throughout and furnished comfortably. The living area is decorated in the local tradition with marble floors and tiled skirting, solid wooden doors and architraves. The bathroom is fully tiled and has a modern suite and shower unit.

Costa Blanca is the ideal place for a golfing holiday.

Villamartin is less than a mile from the villa and Campoamor and Las Ramblas are only a few minutes drive away. La Finca is the newest club in the area only completed late 2000. The famous La Manga club is about 40 minutes drive from the apartment, but has three courses and is well worth a visit.
Tee times can be booked one week in advance at Las Ramblas and 3 days in advance at Campoamor.
