This ground floor apartment boasts an expansive conservatory and terrace overlooking a beautiful pool and extensive gardens. The lounge is open plan comfortably furnished with English Sky TV (incl. Sports and movies) leading on to a fully fitted kitchen/dining area complete with oven, hob, fridge freezer, dishwasher and washing machine. Both bedrooms are spacious well furnished with double beds and fitted wardrobes, an extra bed can be provided if required. This is a private gated secure complex which is very well maintained. Everything you could wish for on a relaxed holiday.

Nearest Airport: Alicante or Murcia Airports at 45 Kilometres
Nearest Beach: beach at 1.5 Kilometres

Having been elected as the healthiest place on earth to live by the World Health Organization, the majority of Costa Blanca beaches have been awarded the 'blue flag' of merit for clean waters. Los Altos is just off the main coastal road A332 and very accessible to Torrevieja and the beautiful blue flag beaches of La Zenia, Cabo Roig, Guardamar and Playa Flamenca .Torrevieja is a bustling town full of bars & Restaurants with a large marina, evening street market and funfair. A water park is open from May- Sept. The motorway is close by making it easy to explore the whole coast of the Costa Blanca. Car hire is recommended but all beaches and town centre can be reached by a regular bus service which stops right outside the complex gates. For Golf enthusiasts there are 4 World class championship Golf courses within a 10/15 minute drive Villamartin, Las Ramblas, La Finca and Campoamor. Rounds of golf are bookable in advance on all courses if required and can be arranged on your behalf.

Notes: Notes to the rental rates: A 25% non-refundable deposit is required upon booking with the balance payable 8 weeks before departure. A cleaning charge is paid locally 60 Euros, including laundry (bedding and towels) residents must supply own beach/pool towels. Airport transfers can be arranged with our agent at a cost of 50 Euros each way and is recommended for all non self drive party's. If you decide to make your own way the agent will meet you with keys upon arrival. A 100 Euro deposit is required to be deposited with the agent to cover breakages and will be refunded on departure minus the cleaning charge.

We had a lovely holiday, your apartment was great, clean and very spacious. The pool and grounds were beautiful. It was extremely hot so thank goodness for the Air conditioning. A car is definitely required. We would definitely come back to Los Altos and stay in your apartment,there are lots of friendly people on the complex.

A wonderful place to stay

We loved the outlook Tropical garden(not concrete)....Rarity in Spain. Woke up to the sound of trickling water from the pool and birds so peaceful a Rarity. The best designed urbanisation in tip top conditionand very well maintained. Spotless Apartment and very comfortable and secure. The agents were on site and they could not have been more helpful. All the residents were so friendly it was a very happy package. All very convenient for a short drive to amenities and bus stop outside. We will return.....soon. Thanks Peter.

Fantastic!! - Can't wait to go back!!

We had a fantastic time at Las Fluentes and Chrissy looked after us all brilliantly. The apartment is spotless (don't know what the last reviewer was on!) The pool is to the left of the apartment about 10metres away! It couldn't be much closer and was again very clean. We felt really safe and welcome at the complex and the area is great. So many different beaches to choose from and there are ample bars and restaurant all over the place. The TV wasnt working but this is not just for this apartment it is for the whole area and to be fair Peter has bought a DVD player and some films to compensate.
