Notes to the rental rates:
Rental may also be paid in Euros. A 25% non-refundable deposit is required upon booking with the balance payable 8 weeks before departure. A cleaning charge is paid locally 60 Euros, including laundry (bedding and towels) residents must supply own beach/pool towels. Airport transfers can be arranged with our agent at a cost of 40-50 Euros each way depending on timings and is recommended to ensure safe arrival at the apartment avoiding detours!! If you decide to make your own way the agent will meet you with keys upon arrival.
A 100 Euro deposit is required to be deposited with the agent to cover breakages and will be refunded on departure minus the cleaning and linen charge.

There are 4 championship courses within a short drive of the apartment Villamartin, Campamour, Las Ramblas, La Finca plus the exclusive golf and sports complex of La Manga 45 min away. All courses should be booked in advance to avoid disappointment. These are the main courses nearby but there are many others around as golfers in this area are spoilt for choice. There is a large private secure storage area at the back of the apartment to put golf equipment in for your convenience.
