The Property is a 2 minute walk to the beautiful sandy beach and sea. It is a 15 minute walk to the marina and Torrevieja City centre. From the front door it is surrounded by restaurants and bars in a secluded part of town but with a few minutes walk to all clubs and night life. The apartment itself sleeps 5 people with a double bed in one room and a single and bunk bed in the other bedroom. The re is a small balcony which overlooks the enclosed communal pool. There is a large solarium on the roof which overlooks the sea and Torrevieja. The Beach is one of Torrevieja's finest that's all sand with play areas for the children. Its easy reach from both Alicante and Murcia Airport if Driving or Meet and Greet can be arranged. A weekly cleaning service Can be arranged.

The apartment is located at Playa Los Locos, S E coast of Spain. It is one street back from the beach. Alicante and Murcia airport are both 35 minutes away. It is a short walk into the Marina and Town Centre. It is a 2 minute walk to the beach, shops, bars and restaurants. Golf courses are approx a 10 minute drive. There is a water park - Aquapolis, hypermarket - Carrefour and shopping mall - Habaneras, only 5 minutes drive away by car or local transport.

The apartment is an ideal base for a Beach Holiday, within 2 minutes from the Sea Front, Beautiful Sandy Beach, shops, bars and restaurants. It is suitable for couples and families alike. There is no need to hire a car as all the amenities are nearby. Further afield there are Water Parks, a Shopping Mall and Hypermarket are 10 minutes away by taxi or hire car.

There is an Internet Cafe just around the corner. The apartment has British Satellite TV.

There is a cleaning fee of 50 euros payable at the end of your stay, this covers the cost of clean bedding/towels and cleaning. This ensures that the apartment is always found clean and in good condition.

Golf: Within 10 mins of any direction ther are golf courses Quesada, La Finca , Villa Martin, Campamar and 30 mins To La Manga, its within easy reach of all the new courses being built in Murcia and all the surrounding areas.
