Torrevieja has a seafront promenade, clean beaches, a modern yacht club and many water sports facilities, including diving centres, and water parks for the kids, like Aquapolis. It also has many great restaurants and bars. Boat trips to the Island of Tabarca and evening dinner cruises are also possile. Plenty of shopping too. The miles and miles of sandy beaches along this stretch of coast, including Torrevieja and Guardamar, have been awarded 45 EU blue flags. The biggest Theme Park in the Meditteranean, Terra Mitica, is also worth a day trip. Take time to visit some of the country villages and sample 'the real Spain'. Inland you can find breathtaking mountains, peaceful lakes and lush valleys. In La Mata y Torrevieja Lagoon nature park salt mining combines with concerns for conservation through protected marshlands and nesting sites for birds. Many wild flamingoes in this area always delight visitors. Numerous excellent golf courses include Las Ramblas and Villa Martin very close by.

  • Booking deposit £100 or £200 per week for bookings greater than 1 week or made in the high season(non-refundable, and to be taken from rental fee).

    Balance of payment to be paid in euros at property where the managers shall be delighted to meet you and provide keys (subject to prior arrangement)
    Additional Cleaning Fee (to be paid at end of stay):
    Cleaning Fee (for up to 2 people) 65 euros
    Cleaning fee (for every extra person over 2) 7.50 euros per person, thus 72.50 euros for three, 80 euros for 4 people, 87.5 for 5, 95 for 6.
    In addition Winter long lets are subject to availability and can be separately negotiated.
  • The managers are very happy to provide a welcome pack for your arrival to include any essentials you may require, such as toilet paper, water, milk, bread. The receipt shall be left with the welcome pack and can be paid when you meet the managers, or at the end of your stay along with the cleaning fee.
    It is also possible to get a pick up and drop of service to and from the airport for 50 euros each way. This is cheaper than the local taxi service.

  • Two beautifully finished bathrooms are located in this apartment. The ensuite to the master bedroom also holds a jacuzzi bath as well as toilet, bidet and sink. The second bathroom also comprises toilet, shower and sink with larger vanity mirror and cupboard. Both bathrooms are fully tiled and have shaving sockets. Beautiful linen towels are also supplied. Please note these are for internal use only and separate beach towels should be brought.

  • A large apartment this can sleep up to 4 adults and two children very comfortably. The Master bedroom has a window sea- facing with plenty of wardrobe space and access to the ensuite bathroom, which comprises jacuzzi bath and shower, toilet, bidet and sink. The second bedroom comprises two single beds with access directly onto the spacious balcony also sea-facing, and also contains adequate wardrobe space. Both bedrooms are beautifully and simply decorated with clean linen and towels supplied. Both bedrooms contain ceiling fans which are adequate to keep the rooms cool in the Summer as the apartment building is so well insulated. In the living room is a very easy sofa bed which makes an extremely comfortable double bed. All linen for this is also supplied.

The world famous La Manga golf course is just 40 minutes south.
