This brand new apartment is beautifully appointed, including full air conditioning. It has a roof terrace with retractable sun awning and BBQ enjoying surrounding views of Quesada Golf Course and this mountainside development. The Resident’s swimming pool is at the rear and it is 10 minutes away from the blue flag beaches of Guardamar. In addition to the onsite golf course, 14 other golf courses are within 30minutes driving distance and the Village of Quesada has all the facilities one requires on site, including bars, restaurants, supermarkets and an Aqua Park.

Additional information about rental rates

  • The prices shown include the cost of cleaning although guests are expected to leave the Property in an acceptable condition. Linen and villa towels will be provided but please bring your own beach and swimming towels. There is a security charge of £150, refundable in full 14 days after vacating the villa, subject to there being no damages or breakage. A booking is considered firm when we have received a (non-refundable) deposit of 25% of the total rental agreed for the period booked. Final payment must be received eight weeks prior to the holiday.

The apartment is very well presented and like a home-from-home.The views are stunning and un-interupted from both the balcony and the roof sun terrace. Numerous beutiful beaches are within a ten minute drive as are large well stocked supermarkets.Would certainly recommend and will be booking again.
