A two bedroom downstairs self catering partment in a block of 52 with a large living/dining area with seating for 4, TV with English channels, Radio/CD/DVD player. The kitchen is fully equipped and has washing machine, fridge freezer, oven & hob, iron & ironing board and a hairdryer. There is air con in the lounge area & bedrooms. There is a large patio at the front & a smaller one at the back. There is a very large municipal pool open June to September. The property is in Los Palacios, Formentera Del Segura on the outskirts of Rojales which is a quiet town with shops, banks, supermarkets, bars and restaurants all within a few minutes walk away. There is a street of discos near by that are very lively on Friday, Saturday & Sunday. The apartment faces farmers fields with views of the mountains. In Benimar a 10min walk away there are more bars & lots of restaurants where entertainment is usually available. Guardamar with a lovely beach is 10 minutes drive away. A car is recommended.

Notes to the rental rates

• Travel cots, booster chairs or baby seats can be hired per day or per week at a very reasonable rate
  Bicycles can be hired form a local shop on a daily or weekly rate.
  If you book for september or august before the end of July save 25 pounds a week.
  
• Long Term Rental is available at a reduced rate on this property please apply for details. Book 4 weeks and pay for 3 any time except July & August
  
• The Apartment is handy for all golf courses and course times and fees can be pre booked for you at a saving if you are coming on a golf holiday. Mention it on booking and we will arrange it or we can give you a web site address for you to arrange yourself. Much cheaper than paying for pre arranged golf courses.
  The closest golf course is 5 minutes away and there are another 4 championship courses within 25 minutes of the apartment.

Deposit and payment

£50 deposit per week is payable on booking the apartment, the remainder is due 8 weeks before the holiday date. £100 security deposit is due when you pay the balance. Any damage or breakage must be declared and will be taken out of the security deposit. Insurance cover for cancellation, illness and loss of belongings for the duration of your holiday is highly recommended. Included in price

Rental Price includes bedding & towels . Beach towels are not provided and we request you do not take the towels out of the apartment. A welcome pack of water, milk, tea ,coffee, sugar, bread, margarine and pate or jam will be provided on your arrival. The electricity is supplied by a 2 euro coin meter the average cost in summer with the air con on is approx 2 to 3 euros a day depending on how long the air con is left on.

Airport Transport

We can arrange taxi transport for you if required or the taxis at the airports are very reasonable but ask and agree on the price of the journey BEFORE getting in the taxi.

Golf Information:

The Costa Blanca has lots of Top quality golf courses which include Villamartin, Las Ramblas and Campoamor which are within 25 minutes drive from the apartment.The newest course being La Finca which is only about 10 minutes away. La Finca is set amidst orange and lemon groves at the foot of Mount Escotera, it was designed to host major tournaments and has a a large variety of greens. Par 72 handicap needed. Villamartin and Las Ramblas are close to one another and are sometimes called Villamarin 1 & 11. Villamartin is a medium difficulty course with scenic fairways and excellent greens. Las Ramblas on the other hand is full of ravines and has very narrow greens. Campoamor has very large fairways and is a course for the big hitters the greens and the inclinations make this a challenging course. Course time and fees can be pre booked on all courses at a saving over the internet, site names can be given if required or we can pre book them for you at no extra cost. Rojales has an 18 hole course this is in Cuidad Quesada and called La Marquesa and only about 5 minutes from the apartment though not as grand it is still a very nice 18 hole course. If a car is not being hired we can arrange transport for you to and from the courses for a reasonable fee. Forget about expensive golf packages we can arrange accommodation, course fees and times and you get a lot cheaper deal. We can also arrange car hire at a very reasonable rate for you, to be collected at the airport if required
