Beatiful house with large terrace, access to a three tier swimming pool. One underground car space free of charge. Very secure estate so is absolutely perfect for families. Close to the beach and the town, also a water park very near. House has 3 bedrooms and an extra room built onto one of the sun terraces which has two beds also. House can accommodate up to 8 people if required. House has 1 main bath/shower room upstairs and a downstairs toilet room with sink. Torrevieja is a small taxi or bus ride. House is situated in an enclosed community complex for added security. Complex can only be entered by security key, thus, making it an ideal location for children. Supermarket is approx 2 mins walk.
