This luxury, well designed house is situated in the popular residential area of Los Balcones offering excellent views of the salt lakes. The residential area has 40 houses all privately owned with a large swimming pool. If you wish to venture the bars and supermarket are 5-10 min walk away. A short drive or bus ride takes you into the centre of Torrevieja that offers miles of clear blue sea and sandy beaches a relaxing atmosphere offering numerous bars & restaurants and the opportunity to take a walk around the marina.

Additional information about rental rates

  • We shall arrange for you to be met with the keys to the property and shown where everything is and how it works. Airport pick-ups and drop-offs can also be arranged at an additional cost. No pets are allowed and we must also ask that you respect our property and that we have a strictly no smoking policy. An initial non refundable deposit £100/150 euros will secure your booking with the balance being due 8 weeks before the start of your holiday together with a security deposit of £100 which will be returned within 1 week of your return subject to return of keys and there being no damage or excess cleaning. We feel we have to ask for this security deposit as it is the only protection we have against mistreatment of the property.

Activities for the family : The Costa Blanca is excellent for family holidays and couples, of course: from safari parks to sailing; shopping to surfing; pedalos to pools. There are water parks, historical towns, jet skis, and festivals, mountain trails and, of course, the beaches the area is renowned for! Just south of Los Balcones is the Mar Menor where the sea is shallow and 5 degrees warmer than the Med. So it's ideal for children. There is some wonderful architecture in some of the towns, notably Murcia with its University and Baroque cathedral not to mention the lovely shops. There is something special about the Torrevieja seafront in the evenings especially at weekends. As the sun goes down, the outdoor cafes come alive. There are several stalls and interesting activities going on, often with musicians too.

We have provided sunloungers for your use at the beach together with a cool box for picnics. Beach Towels are provided.
