Perfect for family holiday this villa can comfortably accommodate up to 8 ( people in main villa. There is a separate kitchen expansive dining room/lounge Air condition available fully alarmed . Lounge has TV. The villa is situated a short distance from local bars and restaurants. Shops; Bus service to town and new shopping mall. Both first floor en' suite bedrooms have balcony for sunbathing and wonderful views of the local salt lakes and mountains The villa is in easy reach of many Golf courses of good standard. Local water park airport pick up and maid service arranged. We consider luxury as All bedroom with on suite facilities swimming pool 8 x 4 meters TV/video i-pod dock dish and washing machines, hair-dryers and dishwasher nonrefundable Deposit required of £200 per week and final payment 1 month before arrival

The Villa on a 400 sq mtrs plot and is a two storey house type, it is located on a long established, mature estate, wide streets well lit at night. The Villa is situated within walking distance of shops restaurants within walking distance. There is a local church. (Catholic / Anglican) just round the corner. The Villa is 5 mins drive from the main shopping mall one of the newest in Spain in area of Torrevieja (Shops included Zara, H&M, and CA and adjacent to biggest hyper market) the Town centre is a 10mins drive from villa. Local shops, cafes, popular nightlife, our nearest airport is Murcia 30mins. Alicante 45mins.
