Brand new villa in a popular and friendly area of the Costa Blanca. The villa has top-of-the-range air conditioning units to the living room and master bedrooom, and satellite television offering English radio and tv channels, together with a DVD player which also plays CD's. There is a communal pool just a couple of hundred yards away, and an upstairs sun terrace. It is just a short drive to the beautiful beach resort of Guardamar, which offers 10km of white sand, and is considered to be one of the best beaches in Spain. The village of Quesada is itself well-served by many cafes, restaurants and bars of many cultures and has an 18 hole golf course, an aquapark, and a country club offering many leisure activities.

• Deposit of £100 payable on booking - only refundable on cancellation if we can re-book. Balance due 6 weeks before date of arrival.
  An additional deposit of £100 is payable with the balance. This is held against breakages and damage, and is refunded as soon as confirmation is received from my keyholders that all is in order.

Facilities in the area

For keen golfers, in addition to the course in Quesada itself, there are three championship courses within easy reach at Campaomar, Villamartin and Las Ramblas. For the children, there is an Aquapark in the vicinity, with a larger one at Torrevieja, and a go-cart track also nearby. There are a variety of local markets on different days through the week, the largest on being in the orange and lemon groves at Guardamar on Sunday. The village is well served with shops, banks, a pharmacy, bars and restaurants, and larger shopping areas are within easy reach by car. Torrevieja, about 20 minutes away, is a bustling and lively seaside town, but there are also quieter and more relaxed groves and walks to explore, including a nature reserve and the local famous salt marshes.
