This truly lovely Villa is situated in the heart of Costa Blanca with all its amenities and it has a colourful garden with ample palm trees for some welcome shade to relax in next to the swimming pool with a chilled beer or glass of the very reasonable local wine.The grounds are well laid out with the Magnificent outside kitchen and dining area, traditional Spanish BBQ and the inviting 8m x 4m private pool. The Villa itself is fully air conditioned and has 3 Double bedrooms sleep 6. One bedroom is above the garage and has its own entrance and en suite. Two further bedrooms, family bathroom, kitchen and lounge, Sky television, DVD player. Enclosed Naya/dining room. There's also a Cot/playpen & highchair. Easy to get to from Alicante or Murcia airport. Choice of Spanish food shopping only a few minutes drive away. Our agents in Qusada are OPI, they will look after all of your needs. Notes: The three bedrooms all have air conditioning . The enclosed Naya is the ideal place to enjoy a meal or just read a book, but most of the year first choice will be the magnificent outdoor kitchen and dining area, this overlooks the 8m x 4m pool, which has sun beds and relaxers. The family bedroom has its own entrance and en suite facilities allowing members of your group some privacy when needed so why not take the in-laws with you. Quesada has lots of shops and restaurants. The nearest bars and restaurants are approx 3/4 of a mile away. The swimming pool is a fantastic facility but guests must always ensure that non swimmers and children are supervised at all times.

Nice clean and comfortable villa with excellent pool facilities. Quiet and well cared for neighbourhood which we felt safe in. The nearby town has good bars and shops. There are good large supermarkets within a short drive out of Quesada. We would definitely reccommend and book again!
