The living room and bedrooms are fitted with large ceiling fans. Outside the front door there is a covered terrace, ideal for entertaining, which looks up onto open parkland and down onto the villa's private 8 x 4m swimming pool and large patio, which benefit from sunshine all day long. There is also a rooftop solarium with extensive views across the valley, where you can sunbathe undisturbed. The La Marquesa golf course, set in stunning surroundings, is less than a kilometre away, and the parkland on the doorstep is ideal for walking.

Notes to the rental rates

• A security deposit of £100 is required at the time of booking. This deposit will be returned to you within fourteen days of leaving the villa, subject to our manager reporting no damage, excess cleaning or unacceptably high usage of electricity or water. Any breakages must be reported to the manager, and may be deducted from the deposit. We are sorry to have to ask for this, but it is common practice and the only protection we have against mistreatment of our beautiful villa.
  Full payment becomes due not later than 2 months before the agreed date for commencement of the lease. Payment can be made in pounds sterling or in euro.
  All cancellations must be confirmed in writing not less than 2 months before the lease begins. Cancellation after this time may cause us to incur additional loss and expense, and we reserve the right to retain some or all of your payment. This will depend to a large extent on the amount of notice given and on whether we are able to rebook the property.
  
• The rental price includes the use of the villa and all its facilities, bed linen, towels and cleaning at the end of your visit. Please bring your own towels for the beach or pool. If you are staying for longer than one week, we will change the towels and bedding midway through your stay at our expense.
  Please note that for stays of less than a week, there will be an extra charge of 50 euro for cleaning the villa.
  A welcome pack, including milk, sugar, tea, coffee and fresh drinking water is also included in the price.
  
• For all firm bookings we receive as a result of your personal recommendations, we will offer you a further discount off your next visit to our villa!

Golfing Holidays

Golfers, why not treat yourself to a winter holiday, where you can choose between a number of superb courses to play. La Marquesa course is right on the doorstep, and the award winning La Finca only a few miles drive at Algorfar. The courses at Villamartin, Campoamar and Las Ramblas are also all within easy reach.

Eating and Drinking

There are a number of local restaurants all within a couple of kilometres from the villa - Chinese, French, pizza, Hungarian etc. For your self-catering needs, there is a new super value supermarket at 1km next to the golf clubhouse- and a bigger Mercadona in Rojales, which is about 2 km. Bars - about 1km there is an Irish pub, golf club house, and also various others in Quesada town centre at about 4km, or Dona Pepa at 3km. The pub at Benijofar (3km) has karaoke evening Monday nights. There are plenty of facilities within easy reach.
