The villa stands in a landscaped garden of approx. 1000sq metres with palm and fruit trees and has a private pool 5x10 metres. The garden is laid out in room settings giving guests a hot tub area, a luxury covered barbeque area, outdoor table tennis and a large furnished roof sun terrace. A large games room with snooker air hockey. The villa offers an extremely high standard of accommodation with 2 master bedrooms each with en suite and 2 twin bedrooms with an additional family bathroom. There are views from both the sitting room, dining room and kitchen over the natural lake to the sea. The kitchen is fitted with all modern appliances including a dish washer. The villa offers English satellite TV with theatre sound system, DVD, video and Hi Fi. Air-conditioning units in the sitting room and two master bedrooms and master bathroom. Ceiling fans are also fitted in all bedrooms. For the winter months the villa has oil central heating and a coal effect gas fire in the sitting room.

This magnificent villa is located in a prestigious position within the renowned Cidudad Quesada village. Shops, bars, restaurants and the Country Club with live entertainment, are within 2 minutes walk as is Quesada's own Aqua Park. The village centre of Quesada is 2 minutes drive or a pleasent stroll away and offers a large range of shops, restaurants, bars, supermarkets, pharmacists and banks. Lively Torrevieja, with its bustling promenade, daily market, seafood restaurants and clubs is only 10 km and blue flag beaches are just 7 km. The area has both lively beaches and more secluded beaches set in pinewoods. For golfers the La Marquesa Golf Course is just a 5 minute dirve, with four more championship courses within a half hours drive. Local markets, held on different days of the week, can be found it the surrounding towns and villages. The excellent local road networks make it easy to travel to the larger towns of Murcia, Elche, Alicante and Benidorm with its theme park.

Additional information about rental rates

  • Prices include all linens, towels, pool towels, cleaning at the end of the stay and use of all games equipment.
    A refundable security deposit of £300 will be requested - this will be returned to you, in accordance with our Terms and Conditions, once the villa has been checked following your departure.

    Note; due to the short season we can only accept Saturday to Saturday bookings at Easter and during the months of June, July and August.
  • Pool Heating is available from March - November at a cost of £150 per week.

    Use of heated Spa/hot tub available throughout the year at a cost of £75 per week
  • Heating - the air conditioning units also provide heating at no extral charge.
    However, from experience of winters in Spain, we offer the option of oil fired central heating for 8 hours a day at a cost of £45 per week.
    The gas fire runs on bottled gas which will be replaced as necessary by the management company and charged locally at an approx. cost of Euro 20 per bottle

Notes: In addition to the facilities listed the villa also has: A Games Room with - Compertition Size Pool Table - Air Hockey table - English Darts Board - Range of Traditional board games, Childrens toys and a library of novels, DVD's, Videos for the use of guests. Out side there is a purpose built table tennis table with equipment. In the gardens there can also be found a covered hot tub /jacuzzi - this is set in a quiet corner surrounded by lush planting and is a great way to end the day. For the true sun worshippers there is a large roof terrace/solarium which has the benefit of sunshine throughout the day. Finally guests are welcome to use the fruit from the trees in season which include oranges, lemons and loquats, although the latter is something of an acquired taste

Security/Parking/Car Hire: The villa is managed locally by a security company who are available 24/7 to help with any problems you may have. There is, in addition, an alarm system linked to a central control. Guests will be provided with keys to the villa and the alarm codes approximately 2/3 weeks before their arrival at the villa. There is space to park up to four cars within the wall of the villa on two seperate drive ways. Car Hire can be arranged either via our selves or locally. The cars can be collected either from Allicante or Murcia Airports or delivered to the villa Alternatively we can arrange for guests to be picked up and droped off at both of the airports above.- there will be a charge locally for this.

Barbeque and Breakfast Terrace: A spanish style barbeque and covered gazebo dining area is located in the gardens at the side of the pool. This shady dining area is ideal fordining in the heat of the day or on balmy evenings under the stars. The breakfast terrace, just outside the lounge, is idea for enjoying an alfresco breakfast while watching the sun rise.l

Laundry: In the separate laundry room can be found a full size washing machine, dryer and a second refrigirator for pool side drinks. Here is also where you can find the picnic and beach equipment.

Golf: The La Marquesa Golf Course is just 5 minutes away and there are four other championship courses within a 30 minute drive.

We are 5 adults and stayed first week in October 2009.Quiet location. Absolutely amazed with the high standard and excellent facilities. Your every need is catered for. fantastic bedrooms, comfy and spacious living room, very clean and tastefully decorated. Our holiday was a total chill out. The owner Lin explains everything very well and is very helpful.
The local restaurants are quite limited so you have to choose carefully but who needs those when you have a barbecue.You do need a car to get around if thats what you want as villa is on a hill Local taxi consists of one taxi. I recommend this villa for families and adults who want chillout and privacy. No fighting for sun loungers here and a lot better quality. You will not be disappointed

Fantastic Villa

My wife and I stayed at Villa Suenos at the end of February, along with our two teenagers, one aged 19 and the other 13. The main reason for choosing the villa was to be honest the outside space and the games room.

From the initial booking process the whole thing was expertly managed by Linda the owner. She is extremely informative and provided us with a superb service. We certainly felt a valued customer.

When we arrived at the property we were not disappointed. The whole villa surpassed our expectations. It was absolutely fantastic. Every single thing has been thought of. Our eldest and I used the villa as a base for playing golf. After a long day it was great to get back to the hot tub and ease those aches and pains.

Nearby there are a couple of eateries and bars but I would recommend going into Quesada itself as there are some great places to eat and drink, most noticeably the Quesada Steak House. The food is amazing and the staff extremely friendly.

I would recommend a car as there are limited attractions nearby, however you may just want to stay in the beautiful grounds of this property and relax. The area is quite hilly and probably not suitable for those who have mobility difficulties.

All in all a fabulous property and we will definitely be going back.

Wonderful holiday and villa

My family has just returned from a wonderfully relaxing week at Villa Suenos. We were pleased to find that the advert on holiday rentals was accurate and that the villa looked just like the pictures. The villa was clean and well looked after. The kitchen was well stocked with utensils, pans and crockery and importantly for me the water pressure in all three indoor showers was good. It is very comfortably and stylishly furnished with lots of amenities both in the villa and in the surrounding area. We particularly enjoyed having BBQ’s, using the pool deck, (which is well screened and private) to sunbathe and taking our evening drink up onto the roof terrace.

We also found the games room and outdoor table tennis lots of fun for both the adults and the children.

I noted an earlier review about the lack of air conditioning in the two smaller bedrooms and was slightly worried. However, we found that by opening the windows in the villa and keeping the shutters ¾ rolled down in the bedrooms that we could create a cooling breeze through the villa which kept the temperature down and with the ceiling fans switched on at night this provided a suitable sleeping temperature.

Quesada itself has many bars and restaurants near The Arches. Also within walking distance of the villa are some bars and shops, though these are nicely located just far enough away so that no noise can be heard at the villa. Quesada does have a large British presence, who are generally of middle age and older, but as my Spanish is quiet basic we found this very helpful when needing to purchase items and find out information.

We felt that the owner provided excellent customer service and was happy to answer any questions we had before our trip. I would recommend this villa to our friends who are looking for a relaxing holiday in a warm sunny climate as the villa offered plenty to do and the surrounding area provided plenty of sight seeing opportunities for anyone more adventurous.

Villa Suenos

Our family has just returned from a wonderful week at the Villa Suenos. The villa and and all of it's amenities are top class and well looked after; although I would make the suggestion that A/C is fitted to the remaining two bedrooms.
Quesada is not typically Spanish - there is a very strong British influence there; but if you want a relaxing family holiday in a beautiful villa I believe that you would be hard pushed to find anywhere better.
