Attractive and comfortable 2 bed family accommodation, overlooking communal pool. 1 double bed upstairs, twin bedroom downstairs, sofa bed in lounge to sleep 2 people. Travel cot available for those with a baby or small child. Spacious sun terrace to upstairs, with 1 sun lounger and table and chairs for 4 people. Table and chairs in garden for 4 people. Both external seating areas have a parasol to provide shade. Interior dining area seating for 6 persons. Additional features are air conditioning/heating. Near to bustling town and various beaches. Ideal central accommodation for golfing holidays, several courses within short driving distance. Close to sports centre, Aqua park and Torrevieja FC football ground.

Just under 40 minutes drive from either Alicante or Murcia airports, you will find the old fishing town of Torrevieja. The town offers plenty to amuse everyone, with numerous restaurants and shops. Urbanisation Princess Maria is a new development on the northern outskirts of Torrevieja. A good walk or short bus ride will take you down to the Marina and Torrevieja's award-winning promenade. The Hippy Market, open until all hours, offers plenty of fancy goods for those with money to spend. For the more adventurous, there is also a fairground, with lots of rides and games to tempt you. Less than 10 minutes walk away from the property are the Torrevieja FC ground, a super 'ship-shaped' sports centre and an Aquapark. Local beaches are mostly blue-flag rated, and there are plenty to choose from. There are several golf courses within a short drive for those hoping to partake of a round or two, and for those interested in nature there are the salt lakes and protected species of birds.

Costa Blanca Info: The area is known for its year round temperate climate, and is reputedly one of the healthiest places to live. The area has undergone dramatic improvements in recent years, particularly so with the addition of a new motorway, the AP7. This means that the many towns and villages along the cost, including San Pedro del Pinatar, Santa Pola, Cartagena, Murcia, Elche and Alicante, are now within easy reach. Further north is the popular resort of Benidorm, worth a look particularly if you have children who will undoubtedly enjoy its Theme Parks, beaches and lively atmosphere. Further south is the famous La Manga Strip (not for the feint hearted!), approximately 40 minutes by car.

Golf Info: Within 15 minutes drive are the courses of Campoamor, Villa Martin and Las Ramblas. Slightly closer are the courses of La Marquesa and La Finca. Further south at La Manga is the world famous Golf Resort (approx 40 mins drive). Most courses are 18-hole, and tee times can be booked in advance by telephone. It may be as well to check the dress code and handicap requirements before setting off, as this can vary from course to course. Clubs and buggies can be hired on-course.

Car Hire Info: There are many car hire companies in the area, which can be researched easily using the internet. However, we would recommend Centauro, good rates apply and it is advisable to book in advance, particularly in high-season.

Hello, my name is Sue and we have been renting Jaynes' lovely house for the past 3 years.
Everything you need for your holiday or short break is here. Infact, all I have to do is book the flights.
The house is very well maintained to a very high standard.
As we don't do "Driving on the wrong side of the road" we are quite happy to hop on a bus to the centre of town, have a few coffees and watch the world go by. The buses are on time and fares are cheap. If you have young children, or teenagers you can easily walk to the Aqua Park or the Sports Centre.
There is a well stocked supermarket, a coffee shop, a bar and restaurants all within easy (approx. 5 minutes) walking distance from the house. We have tried them all and had no problems whatsoever.
We will certainly be renting again, as I said in the title***Everything Perfect.***
