Accommodation equipped to provide all the comforts required in a holiday home. Accommodation comprises master bedroom with ensuite and air conditioning, another double bedroom and twin bedroom, another bathroom, spacious lounge and dining area, modern kitchen with fridge, freezer, cooker, toaster and kettle. Satellite TV, DVD and radio. Utility area with washing machine. The external roof terrace and balcony overlook the rear patio and extensive communal grounds and 2 pools. Car parking. 10 min walk to the safe sandy beach. 5 minutes to the town of Guadamar with lots of shops, bars and restaurants. It is also worth meandering through Sofia Park to see the wildlife on the man-made water feature. The town of Torrevieja is also 10 minutes away and Alicante airport is a 30 min drive & Murcia airport is 35 minutes.

Portico Mediterraneo is situated 10 Minutes walk for the beach and 5 minutes from Guardamr and 10 minutes from Torrevieja, with easy access to the N332 and A37 (motorway). It is a peaceful established urbanization which has the ability to cater for young and old a like. The town of Guadamar with its abundance of shops, bars, nightlife, cafes and restaurants. It is also worth meandering through Sofia Park to see the wildlife on the man-made water feature. Torrevieja - an old fishing village - comprises a lovely esplanade, with shops, tapas bars and restaurants that are open all year round. La Marina is surrounded by some incredible street markets that sell a huge variety of fresh fish, fruit and vegetables. The town of Alicante with its beautiful marina and shops is just 40 min by car. Other facilities further a field include golf courses, Aqua parks and theme parks.
