Situated in a lovely complex only 100 meters from the Blue Flag awarded and famous La Mata beach. Close to local supermarkets, shops, restaurants and bars. Satellite television with English channels. Simply everything you need for the perfect vacation right next to the beach!

La Mata and nearest city Torrevieja is about 30km south of Alicante on the Costa Blanca, which has fine sandy beaches and crystal clear waters. Torrevieja is a typical Spanish city with markets, cafes, bars and restaurants. Three golf courses and an Aqua Park are close by. There are many supermarkets to choose from and an excellent bus service along the coast. The area is regarded as the healthiest place to live in the world by WHO.

Me and my family stayed in this house for the second time in three years and it offers all you want on a vacation - comfortable, right next to the sea and with a very nice terrace. Everything is in perfect order and there is a lovely english woman taking care of all the practical things from you arrive until you leave. Can really recomend it to everyone looking for a nice place in La Mata.

Wir sind positiv überrascht und erfreut, dass man noch für einen humanen Preis super Urlaub machen kann!
Es war alles so wie beschrieben und sehr unkompliziert im Ablauf.
Super zentral und trotzdem relativ ruhig (auch nachts), was in Spanien ja nicht selbstverständlich ist ;-)
Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Es hat uns sehr gut gefallen.Die Lage ist optimal. Der Zustand der Wohnung war sauber. Es fehlte nichts, es ist wirklich alles vorhanden. Man kann sogar auf der Terrasse grillen. Leider spielte das Wetter nicht mit. La Mata hat wenig Einkaufsmöglichkeiten.Urlaub ist für Reisende plus 50 und mit kleinen Kindern ideal.
