Three properties to rent in a superb new gated development with two communal pools. Property A is a large semi detached house set over 3 floors with two double bedrooms spacious lounge with dining area, separate kitchen, family bathroom plus guest WC. The house has a nice size garden with seating and sunbathing areas, BBQ plus two terraces and a private rooftop solarium. The house will sleep up to 6 guests (using sofa bed in lounge). The two apartments ( B & C) are both spacious with a nice size living room and goodsize bedrooms, each apartment has one double bedroom and one twin bedroom, large bathroom with shower. The lounge has a dining area plus Terrace / Patio and the kitchen is open but separate. the apartments are fully furnished and fully equipped. Both apartments sleep 4 but can sleep 6 using sofa beds in lounge The development is safe and well maintained and close to several shops supermarkets cafes bars and many restaurants and several beaches (closest beach 7 min drive).

Club Salino is set besides the beautiful natural salt water lagoon and on the outskirts of Torreveija Town. The development is within easy walking distance to many shops and bars, including the Carrefour Hypermarket. A stroll or bus ride would take you to Torrevieja town centre for night life, shopping and town beaches. It is a peaceful area and a short cycle ride or walk would take you to the nature reserve of Laguna de La Mata. A short drive takes you to the blue flag beaches of La Mata, Guardamar and Campoamor. There is also an Aqua park, ten-Pin bowling alley, cinemas and plenty of golf nearby.
