Notes to the rental rates

• Rental rates include all utility bills, check in / check out plus welcome pack on arrival. A deposit of £100 is required to confirm booking. As we are based in Spain, we accept full payment of rent in Euros on arrival at the property. The original deposit of £100.00 paid to confirm booking now acts as a bond against any damage to the property, excessive cleaning or lost keys and is promptly returned by UK bank cheque on receipt of keys at check out.
  
• There is a standard €60 Euro cleaning / laundry charge payable on arrival.
  
• Airport transfers can be arranged (Maximum 4 people per car) at 35 euros each way (Murcia airport) and 40 euros each way (Alicante airport). Please advise if service required.
