Notes to the rental rates

• Rentals include all utility bills plus a welcome pack on arrival. A deposit of £100 is required to confirm a booking and is held as a security bond against any damage, excessive cleaning or lost keys on vacating. After inspection by our keyholders in Spain the deposit will be returned to you by post on your return. A standard additional charge of £40 is required to cover cleaning and laundry which is added onto your final rental charge. The full amount for your rental is due 4 weeks prior to departure.
  
• All flight details, number of persons and if you need collecting from the airport are required at the time the full amount of your booking is paid.

Torrevieja

The vibrant town of Torrevieja is approximately 10 minutes drive from the house. There are a large number of bars and restaurants, shops and clubs. A long promenade takes you along the seafront through a street market and a busy marina. There is a beautiful church opposite the main square in the centre of the town. Nearby there are many blue flag beaches and an aqua park. A large commercial centre on the northern outskirts of the town includes a new shopping mall with many major stores, Carrefour supermarket, cinema, bowling alley and numerous restaurants.
