Spacious accommodation with large living room, air conditioning, leading into American style kitchen fully equipped and separate utility room. A double bedroom on the ground floor with ceiling fan. Downstairs shower room. On the first floor are 2 further bedrooms, one double and one with twin beds, both with ceiling fans. A large balcony is on this floor and stairs leading to a spacious roof solarium. The house is set in a good size garden which is walled and has a large terrace area with gas BBQ. The house is in a quiet area and in a sunny position. There is room for off-street parking. The communal pool is less than 1 minute walk. There are many bars and restaurants within easy walking distance.

South facing house in a quiet residential area with open views to the rear. There are various facilities within walking distance including swimming, tennis and childrens play area and commercial centres at Via Park 3 and La Florida. A car is recommended to enjoy the facilities in the area, most within 10 minutes drive, including splendid sandy beaches at Punta Prima, Cabo Roig and La Zenia. There are also 3 excellent golf courses at Villa Martin, Las Ramblas and Campoamor and the vibrant town of Torrevieja.

Additional information about rental rates

  • Rentals include all utility bills plus a welcome pack on arrival. A deposit of £100 is required to confirm a booking and is held as a security bond against any damage, excessive cleaning or lost keys on vacating. After inspection by our keyholders in Spain the deposit will be returned to you by post on your return. A standard additional charge of £40 is required to cover cleaning and laundry which is added onto your final rental charge. The full amount for your rental is due 4 weeks prior to departure.
  • All flight details, number of persons and if you need collecting from the airport are required at the time the full amount of your booking is paid.

Torrevieja: The vibrant town of Torrevieja is approximately 10 minutes drive from the house. There are a large number of bars and restaurants, shops and clubs. A long promenade takes you along the seafront through a street market and a busy marina. There is a beautiful church opposite the main square in the centre of the town. Nearby there are many blue flag beaches and an aqua park. A large commercial centre on the northern outskirts of the town includes a new shopping mall with many major stores, Carrefour supermarket, cinema, bowling alley and numerous restaurants.
