Located in a peaceful area, close to the beach and within easy walking distance of the town. The area boasts 5 marinas and a number of excellent golf courses. Shops/bars are on adjacent streets. A busier nightlife can be reached within 10 minutes walking. The house backs on to a large well maintained communal pool and lawned area, exclusive to the square of 21 houses. Alicante and Murcia airports are only 25 minutes drive away, taxis and car hire can be arranged. The house is beautifully tiled throughout and has all mod cons for your independence, including washing machine, oven and hob, ironing facilities and microwave. There is full satellite TV with all the popular English channels and a CD player. Air conditioning is installed to provide cool and warm air for the summer and winter months. Upstairs: double, twin bedroom and bathroom. Downstairs: front sun terrace, living room, kitchen and WC/washroom. Garden to front and privately enclosed rear garden that leads to pool.

La Rosaleda is a peaceful location,situated far enough away from the hustle and bustle of lively Torrevieja, but close enough to enjoy the town when you chose. A few kilometers north are La Mata and Guardamar. Both have lovely beaches shops and restaurants. La Rosaleda has its own small bars and restaurants that blend in quietly with the area.

I have stayed here a couple of times now & i will be going back! Every visit i stay longer. I have booked for a month this time. The owner John is extremely helpful & the management team that look after the house (Alan & Judith) are so welcoming & helpful it feels almost like visiting family! The pool is wonderful, the house is spotlessly clean & the beach really is only 5 to 10 min walk. The local bars & restaurants are friendly & graet value! If you dont fancy driving while on holiday you will find everything you need in walking distance.
