There are 2 generous, fully furnished twin bedded rooms along with a travel cot provided. The family bathroom consists of a bath, shower, bidet, WC and washbasin. Marble stairs lead from the first floor to a large roof terrace furnished with patio set, parasol, sun loungers and BBQ.

Notes to the rental rates

• Prices per day/week not per person
  Regardless of length of stay there is a 40€ charge for cleaning, to be paid on arrival to the housekeeper. This is reflected in the lower than average prices.
  PLEASE NOTE: RENTAL RATES ARE FULLY INCLUSIVE OF MEET AND WELCOME SERVICE AND USE OF AIR CONDITIONING
  A 25% non-refundable deposit is payable on booking and the balance is payable 8 weeks before the arrival date. A £100 key/damage deposit is required along with the balance, and will be refunded after satisfactory inspection of the house within 2 weeks of departure. Please report any damage to the housekeeper, or small breakages can be replaced with similar item eg. crockery or glasses.
  LONG TERM RENTAL is available for those waiting to own Spanish property, or wanting to escape the British winters!
  Please contact us for rates. Short term (less than a week) is also available for property inspection trips etc.
