Enjoy this splendid 3 bedroom town house with private resort pool set in a gardened area. It is furnished to a high standard and offers all the comforts of home, including hot and cold air conditioning. Outside offers a double driveway and a large enclosed terrace with steps leading up to a shaded porch and entrance to the property. The ground floor consists of a spacious living area, along with dining space and a separate fully equipped kitchen with oven, hob, microwave, fridge/freezer and washing machine. Downstairs WC and washbasin. On the first floor there's a large double bedroom with fitted wardrobes providing ample storage space and patio doors leading onto a secluded sun terrace. There are 2 generous, fully furnished twin bedded rooms along with a travel cot provided. The family bathroom consists of a bath, shower, bidet, WC and washbasin. Marble stairs lead from the first floor to a large roof terrace furnished with patio set, parasol, sun loungers and BBQ.

The property is situated on the edge of a Natural Park, renowned for its therapeutic salt lakes, mud baths, pink flamingo's and other species of wildlife. Local restaurants and friendly bars are within a 10 min walk and Quesada village with numerous shops, bars, restaurants, banks, medical centre is a five min drive. The sandy Blue Flag beach at Guardamar is only a 10 minute drive away offering excellent sporting facilities, boasting 11 kms of dunes and sandy beaches, and the large Queen Sofia Park to enjoy a quiet stroll through its botanical gardens. The lively cosmopolitan resort of Torrevieja is a 10/15-minute drive with miles of sand and rocky coves, marina, shops and numerous bars and restaurants with something to suit all ages. Alicante Airport is 30 minutes North and Murcia Airport 40 minutes South. Also worth a visit are La Mata and La Marina only a short drive away. There are 4 main golf courses in the area, La Marquessa golf course is a 5 minute drive away.

  • Prices per day/week not per person
    Regardless of length of stay there is a €50 charge for cleaning, to be paid on arrival to the housekeeper. This is reflected in the lower than average prices.
    PLEASE NOTE: RENTAL RATES ARE FULLY INCLUSIVE OF MEET AND WELCOME SERVICE AND USE OF AIR CONDITIONING
    A 25% non-refundable deposit is payable on booking and the balance is payable 8 weeks before the arrival date. A £100 key/damage deposit is required along with the balance, and will be refunded after satisfactory inspection of the house within 2 weeks of departure. Please report any damage to the housekeeper, or small breakages can be replaced with similar item eg. crockery or glasses.
    LONG TERM RENTAL is available for those waiting to own Spanish property, or wanting to escape the British winters!
    Please contact us for rates. Short term (less than a week) is also available for property inspection trips etc.
  • You may book to arrive and depart any day of the week to take full advantage of obtaining the cheapest flight deals. Also, we offer flexible arrival and departure times from the house.
