2/3 Bedroom pool side house

This luxury villa is split into 3 levels. Level 1 comprises of a spacious lounge with TV/DVD, 2 seater sofa, full size double sofa bed, dining area, cloak room and fully equipped kitchen area. There is also a patio area to the front of the property with barbecue facilities, table and chairs, sun loungers and access to the beautiful pool area. The rear garden has a table and chairs and off road parking. Level 2 has a master double bedroom with Juliette balcony and a view over the pool area. Also on level 2 is large family bathroom and 2nd bedroom with twin beds and balcony to rear of property. Access to 3rd level is via the 2nd bedroom balcony. The 3rd level has a small bedroom equipped with bunk beds and a large solarium area with romantic views of local lakes and distant mountains. All bedrooms are fully air conditioned. (Please note the 3rd level bedroom is unsuitable for young children as it is accessed by an open external stairway). We operate a none smoking policy inside the house
