Quesada is an upmarket cosmopolitan rural area with all amenities at hand. This 3 bed, 2 bath property represents first class accommodation in a private gated area on Dona Pepa 2, the complex has a community pool and well maintained gardened area it is fully furnished to a high standard, a real home from home for your holiday rental. Hot and cold air con is installed as well as ceiling fans in all rooms for summer and winter lets this is a wonderful place for that relaxing and peaceful retreat for families and couples. Quesada town is a 5min drive with all its shops bars and restaurants. The area is a haven for those wishing to play golf there are 4 championship courses within a 20 min drive. Sheltered by the Crevillente mountain range, the region has on average 320 days of sunshine which makes this an ideal all year round holiday destination. Benidorm is approx 50 min drive as is la Manga. Towns of Alicante, Elche, Murcia, Cartengena are all accessible by car in less than 45 min.

  • Prices may be subject to change at the owners discretion. For long term winter lets please contact for rates. A fee of 70€ is required for cleaning and payable on arrival. A 25% non refundable deposit is payable on booking and the balance is required 8 weeks prior to the start of the holiday. A £150 Key/damage deposit is required along with the balance and will be refunded after a satisfactory inspection of the house within 2 weeks of departure. Please report any damage to house keeper as small breakages can be replaced with similar items locally. Strictly No Male or Female groups permitted.

House was lovely and clean, with all the home from home facilities you would ever need. The complex was quiet and for the majority of our hols had the pool to ourselves - which was also very clean, well maintained and secure for children. Neighbours are all chatty and happy to help.
Location central for beaches, shopping, sightseeing and eating out but do need a car.

We have just returned from a relaxing holiday in your lovely home. What can I say, thankyou so much for letting myself, my husband and the two children stay there. The house is a spacous clean and extremely well equiped home. The rooms are clean and with lots of space, no need to take coat hangers as these are there in plenty. Both my husband and myself have very stressfull jobs and this house was the perfect setting to unwind, the pool is only around the corner for the children so they were able to come and go as they please and as the community is gated it is a very safe enviroment for them. The pool was never too busy so to take a dip and enjoy the surroundings was a pleasure. The only thing I would deffinately reccomend would be to hire a car so the area can be fully appreciated and places can be visited easily. I would have no qualms about returning to this house as it was a home from home. the neighbours are also on hand for advice or help an assett when it is your first visit. We had a fantastic stay at this house. It is perfect for families & the most important thing for me was the cleanliness of not only the house (absolutely spotless), but also the complex. June & Maurice (next door) were so helpful & friendly.

The house was excellently equipped, especially loved the gas bbq.

We look forward to staying again.

Just spent two weeks at this villa had a great time. Weather lovely loads of bars restaurants shops etc. Neighbours were friendly and very helpful. Villa lovely and clean and the air con wonderful on those hot Spanish nights. One bedroom downstairs so great if anyone has trouble with the stairs. Would certainly go again.David and Tracey good hosts.
