Delightful house in sought after residential area enjoying bar/restaurant, two pools, local park. Beach 5 mins walk, promenade fronting picturesque town of Torrevieja with its excellent bars, restaurants, tapas, shops etc.Nearest golf courses are the championship Villamartin, Las Ramblas and Campomar are 15 minute drive away.There is also an aquapark and 10 pin bowling 10 mins drive away and an excellent selection of sandy beaches and rocky coves either side of main town.

There is a sailing club and fishing market in the harbour. Torrevieja has two salt water lakes where you will see flamingo. There are four golf courses, an aqua park, fair ground, go carting, disco bars, clubs and water sports. Excellent bus service along coast line and all surrounding areas.
