Villa Palm Dreams overlooks lemon groves and is only 20 to 30 mins from Alicante airport. Taking the N332 coast road heading south for Cartagena and Torrevieja we are just past Guardamar main area and beach. El Raso is a new urbanization, which is in a central location with Cuidad Quesada just down the road. Guardamar can be reached by car in five mins and here you will find a nature park, which has play areas fir the children and also a small fair ground and a large market. Here you will also find one of the best beaches on the Costa Blanca and a promenade with shops and restaurants and beach bars. The livelier resort of Torrevieja with its marina, shops, bars and nightlife is about another 10 mins down the N332 coast road. Cuidad Quesada has bars, restaurants, banks, shops, supermarket and medical facilities. It also has a water park. Golf can be found within 10 to 15 mins. 2 mins from the villa is the la Laguna Hotel & Spa. You can book a day of body treatments here in luxury.

Notes to the rental rates

  • Due to a small amount of building work as you enter El Raso we priced the villa with this in mind. Our gated close is totally complete and free of any building work. There is hardly any noise. The villa enjoys a tranquill setting and is free of any signs of development. All roads and pavements are clean and finished. All landscaping is complete. The views of the lemon groves are uninterrupted. Please note in addition to your rental cost of the villa there is a 50 euro charge for the cleaning and towels of the villa this should be paid directly to the caretaker that you will collect the keys from on arrival or as soon as possible. I have kept a close check on our charges and they are much lower than similar properties so you can be sure of value for money.

  • The master bedroom is an excellent size with plenty of room. It is located on the first floor and has a south facing furnished balcony which overlooks the lemon groves down to the national park lake. Next to the master bedroom is the children's bedroom with a bunk bed for fun sleeping. This also has a small balcony and very nice views. These two bedrooms have the use of their own bathroom on the first floor. On the ground floor you will find the second double bedroom which is light and also south facing. This bedroom is ideal for family or friends and it has the use of a second bathroom which is located next to it to avoid midnight encounters.
