The villa is situated within an exclusive development with its own private pool. The pool is within 20 yards of the front door of the villa. The villa comprises a large lounge area on the ground floor with beautiful views over orange groves and Guardamar Castle. There is also a large patio area for Bar B Q's and other al fresco dining. The 3 bedrooms are located on the first floor with an en suite shower room and the main bathroom. The roof area comprises a large sun patio.

Notes to the rental rates

• A non-refundable deposit of £100 per week is required to secure the booking, with the balance being due 6 weeks prior to departure. On arrival you will be met by our local representative, who will hand over the keys, show you to the accommodation and who will be able to answer any queries you may have or provide further information on the resort and local area.
  On arrival, a payment of 160 Euro is to be made to our representative. 100 Euro is a key/security payment and is refunded in full when the keys are returned and subject to there being no damage reported. 60 Euro is to cover the cost of the cleaning prior to your arrival and after your departure. Normal check out is by 10:00 a.m., and arrival after 16:00 p.m., although other times can be accommodated. The price is per week and not per person and includes full use of the pool, electric, water and laundry (of supplied bedding and towels).
  Please note, Maid Service can be arranged to suit your requirements and charged locally.
  
• Extras! We can also provide the following: Welcome Packs - either a basic selection of essentials (tea, coffee, milk, sugar, water, bread, butter & orange juice - 20 Euros) to get you started, or a more comprehensive package (as basic pack plus eggs, bacon, ham, cheese, cornflakes, 6 beers and a bottle of wine - 35 Euros). Particularly useful if arriving late at night. Airport Transfers - from either Alicante or Murcia. Prices start from 40 Euros each way (depending on the number of people) - please ask for details. Costs for welcome packs and airport transfers are payable locally on arrival.
  
• The cost of meeting and greeting you at the villa is also charged locally at 10 Euro if you arrive between 7 a.m. and 7 p.m. Outside these times it will be 20 Euro.
  Our representative will meet you at the villa and hand over the keys and provide information on the villa and the surrounding area.
