Photos and Description of this La Mata holiday villa 1 Double bedroom, 2 Twin bedrooms, 2 single bedrooms & 2 bathrooms,

Superbly located near La Mata beach within walking distance of shops, bars and restaurants. Briefly, the ground floor comprises of a large lounge area with a TV, dining area and kitchen. There is a double bedroom and bathroom on the ground floor. Stairs up lead to two further bedrooms with twin beds and another bathroom, plus a sun terrace with sun beds. Stairs lead down to the basement area where there are two further single bedrooms, each with a small window and a games area with table tennis.. Facilities: The Communal pool is 3 minutes walk from the villa. Bed linen, Towels, and tea towels are provided but excluding beach towels. There is a pleasant garden with shrubs and trees and a barbecue area to enjoy those pleasant evening barbeques, or why not relax on the balcony with a glass of wine.

Nearest Airport: Alicante or Murcia at 40 Kilometres
Nearest Beach: beach at 1000.0 Metres

La Mata and Torrevieja are about 34 kilometeres south of Alicante on the Costa Blanca which has fine sandy beaches and crystal clear waters. Torrevieja and La Mata are typical Spanish towns with markets cafes, bars and restaurants. There are several Golf courses and an aqua park close by. There are many supermarkets and an excellent bus service along the coast. The new Haberneras shopping centre is 10 minutes drive away, and this is a must to visit, especially the restuarants, bars & shops. There is also a ten pin bowling alley, crazy golf and casino in this area and is situated near Carrefours hypermarket just off the N332 road

  • A non-refundable booking deposit of £100 per week. Balance is due 8 weeks prior to the holiday.
    Refundable damage bond of £100 is required with the balance.
    Laundry and cleaning fee of 50 Euros per stay payable for up to 6 people. For between 6-8 people the cleaning fee is 75 Euros to cover for supply of additional linen and cleaning and is payable on arrival.
