Superbly located near La Mata beach within walking distance of shops, bars and restaurants. Briefly, the ground floor comprises of a large lounge area with a TV, dining area and kitchen. There is a double bedroom and bathroom on the ground floor. Stairs up lead to two further bedrooms with twin beds and another bathroom, plus a sun terrace with sun beds. Stairs lead down to the basement area where there are two further single bedrooms, each with a small window and a games area with table tennis.. Facilities: The Communal pool is 3 minutes walk from the villa. Bed linen, Towels, and tea towels are provided but excluding beach towels. There is a pleasant garden with shrubs and trees and a barbecue area to enjoy those pleasant evening barbeques, or why not relax on the balcony with a glass of wine.

Notes to the rental rates

• A non-refundable booking deposit of £100 per week. Balance is due 8 weeks prior to the holiday.
  Refundable damage bond of £100 is required with the balance.
  Laundry and cleaning fee of 50 Euros per stay payable for up to 6 people. For between 6-8 people the cleaning fee is 75 Euros to cover for supply of additional linen and cleaning and is payable on arrival.
  Nov to May special Winter rates or for extended stays Special reduced rates on application Airport transfers available at 40 Euros per car per trip (max 4 passengers). For further information e-mail us.
