Spacious Villa with own pool, 5 mins walk to a beautiful sandy beach.
This spacious Villa is only a few minutes walk through wooded dunes to a lovely sandy beach. A restaurant/bar, cafe/bar and a 24 hour shop are also within easy walking distance. The town of La Mata is approx 25 mins walk away where you'll find a wide selection of bars, restaurants and shops. Torrevieja or Guardamar are a 10 minute drive or taxi ride. The Villa comprises of a large lounge/dining room with UK satellite TV, leading to a kitchen and utility room. There is also a ground floor shower room with toilet and basin. Stairs lead to the master bedroom with king size bed, a twin bedroom and further bath/shower room, and then on to the south facing sun terrace which overlooks the Villa's own private pool. Facilities: Private pool, towels, bed linen, air conditioning (extra cost). Airport collection for up to 6 people can be arranged.

Torrevieja is 28 miles south of Alicante on the Costa Blanca with it's fine sandy beaches and crystal clear waters, here you can enjoy over 300 days of sunshine a year. Torrevieja is a typical Spanish town with it's street markets, and plenty of cafes, bars and restaurants to suit every taste. For recreation, relaxation and amusement, amongst many other things, the town has one of the best yacht clubs in spain plus all water sports, 4 championship golf courses within 30 mins drive, a number of go-kart tracks, water park, ten pin bowling, multiscreen cinema and 2 salt lake lagoons which have been turned into nature reserves.
