  • On booking, a deposit of £100 per week is required - Non refundable in cases of cancellation. Balance to be paid 8 weeks prior to holiday dates or full payment required if booking late. Refundable damage deposit of £100 required with balance. CLEANING, BEDLINEN AND TOWELS & BEACH TOWELS are included in holiday rental price. Taxi transfer from the airport to La Mata, will cost approximately 40 euro's EACH WAY for up to 4 persons. Alternatively, you may wish to consider hiring a car for the duration of your stay.

Further details for Villa: Spacious villa with sun terrace and sea view. A beautiful villa, which benefits from all day sunshine and overlooks the sea. Just a 2 minute walK to the beautiful sandy beach of La Mata and just a short distance from shops, bars and restaurants.

The villa has 2 floors. The ground floor consists of kitchen and toilet, lounge/diner and terrace leading to pool area and beach. The first floor consists of 1 bathroom with shower. 1 x twin room with balcony. 2 large double bedrooms, 1 with spacious terrace, both with overhead fans. The 2nd floor has large roof terrace/solarium with sun beds and fantastic sea views.

Facilities include communal pool. Linen, towels and beach towels are available. A welcome pack is provided with our compliments.

Other Activities: Aqua park.
