This Beautiful large villa is in a superb location, a short distance from the sea, bars and restaurants and close to the local supermarket. The villa comprises of a large lounge/dining room which seats 8, a large sun lounge overlooks the pool and leads to a patio area with BBQ and private swimming pool with sun loungers, tables, chairs and umbrella. The villa has a lovely garden with fig and lemon trees and shrubs. A separate well equipped kitchen with washing machine and fridge/ freezer. There is a shower room / toilet and washbasin on both floors. Stairs lead to a master bedroom with balcony and a sea view, & a further double bedroom and a twin bedroom. The villa benefits from all day sunshine though with shade. The villa is equipped with digital TV which has 30 UK TV and radio channels, video and CD player. There are lots of extras - toys for the pool or the beach, cards, board games and videos. Bed linen and towels are provided, but not beach towels. On frequent local bus route.

• Non-refundable deposit of £100 per week, balance is due 8 weeks prior to holiday dates.
  Refundable damage deposit of £100 required with balance and is returned after the client vacates the villa.
  A cleaning and Laundry charge of 50 Euros is payable on arrival.
  Airport transfer service available at 40 Euros per car( 4 people) or a people carrier can be arranged for 5 people at 50 Euros per trip, also car hire and flight information available - for further details contact us by E-mail.

Torrevieja is about 47kms from Alicante. The Costa Blanca is said to benefits from 360 days of sun per year, with an average temperature of 18C. Among its welcoming and attractive features are the magnificent sandy beaches and crystal clear waters, squares, parks, gardens and natural beauty spots (Ferriz), historical monuments, golf clubs, the best yacht clubs in Spain, flying clubs, all water sports, football and sports stadiums, water park, fairground, theatre, cinemas, new shopping centre with several excellent restaurants and casino. The harbour has a new attraction, an ex-Spanish submarine for tourists to visit. There are markets every day in the surrounding areas and in Torrevieja on Friday, and the market is said to be one of the largest in Europe, in short, something for everyone. There is an excellent bus service along the coast to and from the town of Torrevieja and La Mata beach and the bus stop is 2 minutes walk away from the villa.

Try a winter GOLF holiday. Just 12km to five Golf courses. Enjoy the benefit of warm winter sunshine on the beach one day, golf the next, with the benefit of low season prices, however you would need a car or taxi for the golf. There are many restaurants to walk to in the evening without worrying about driving. The markets of Guardamar, La Mata, Santa Pola and Torrevieja continue all through the winter months!!!! with the local bus route just 1 minute walk away.
