The villa is located in a quiet residential street close to the beautiful sandy beach of La Mata. The roomy villa is within easy walking distance of shops, bars and restaurants, there is also a bus stop close by. The terraced villa is on a hill overlooking the sea and has two bedrooms with twin beds and a large main bedroom with a double bed. The large lounge diner is on the first floor and has the benefit of a balcony. There are two large bathrooms, one at the top of the house and one next to the main bedroom. The secluded roof terrace benefits from all day sun. The villa also has a large basement garage with plenty of storage room for golf clubs etc. There is a large community pool for use by residents. Three Bedrooms have air conditioning if required at a total cost of 60 Euros per week.

Notes to the rental rates

• A non-refundable deposit of £100 per week is required to secure the booking. The balance is due 8 weeks prior to holiday dates. A refundable damage deposit of £100 is required with balance.
  A cleaning and Laundry charge of 50 Euros for first week and 35 Euros for second week is payable on arrival. Airport transfer service available at 40 Euros per car per trip (max 4 passengers), or we can arrange a people carrier for 5 people at a cost of 50 Euros each way, also car hire and flight information available - for further details contact us by E-mail. • Travel insurance is advisable before departing on holiday. Information on choices of travel insurance can be given. Access to the villa on the day of arrival is normally 2pm. The villa must be vacated by 10 am on the day of departure home to allow for cleaning prior to the arrival of the next occupants. If your flight home is later in the day then luggage can be left at the agents for safekeeping.

La Mata is a popular seaside town on the outskirts of Torrevieja and has the best beaches on the Costa Blanca. It is approximately 34 kms from the airport has its own weekly market and is only a few kms from Torrevieja. There are several golf courses nearby and Torrevieja offers all types of facilities. There is an excellent bus service between La Mata and Torrevieja. There is a shopping centre (Haberneras) which opened in summer 2005 which boasts some excellent stores, restaurants and children’s rides. There is also a tenpin bowling alley and water park in this area and is 10 minutes by car. In Torrevieja harbour there is a submarine, which is now a tourist attraction, also near the harbour there is a street market every night and a fun fair during the summer months.
