This is a semi-detached villa only a few minutes walking distance to the sea, shops, bars and restaurants. The villa comprises of a large lounge / dining room, separate kitchen with breakfast area, Master bedroom with en- suite bathroom and shower and two further twin bedrooms with an adjoining bathroom and shower. It has air-conditioning in the living room if required. There is a large pool at the rear which is only shared with the couple who own the villa, with surrounding gardens and benefits from all day sun though shade is available. Parking is available.

There are several Golf Courses within 20 minutes of the villa. Torrevija is about 47 kilometres from Alicante and 34kms from the airport to the villa, and benefits from 326 days a year sunshine with an average temperature of 18C. Among its welcoming and attractive features are the magnificent sandy beaches and crystal clear waters, squares, parks, gardens and natural beauty spots, historical monuments, golf clubs and the best Yacht club in Spain, flying clubs, all water sports, football and sports stadiums. water park, fairground, theatre and cinemas, in short something for everyone. There is an excellent bus service along the coast to and from Torrevieja and local towns. The new Habaneras shopping centre is a 10 mins drive away and boasts some very fashionable stores, and bars, restaurants and cafes. There is a ten pin bowling alley there and also a casino and large Carrefours hypermarket.

We stayed in this villa for 2 weeks in June and i have to say that i would highly recommend it. It is in a lovely quiet area full of friendly people. The property was clean and tidy and provided everything that we needed for a home away from home. The owners of the property were very friendly and hospitable and maintained the gardens and pool etc. One thing that i think needs to be known is that the owners live in a lean to extention at the rear of the villa, however this was not a problem as when we used the pool they would leave and go inside so you were left alone and you would not know they were there, they were very friendly people and made us feel very welcome.
There is a restaurant directly opposite the villa called 'Greg Vazz Bar' and the food was wonderful and the waiters were very friendly and some of them spoke very good english. There are also various restaurants a couple of minutes round the corner which also provided lovely food.
We didnt hire a car for our holiday, we took my parents with us and they said they may hire a car if they stayed at this villa again. The reason for this is that the beach is a good 20 minutes walk downhill which is fine going however coming back they found difficult to walk up as it is quite steep, so they resorted to getting the bus for just over 1 euro which stopped near the villa.
