A beautiful detatched villa, with a sun lounge over looking the mediterranean and the Park Torre del Moro and is set in a small romantic, attractive development with a communal swimming pool. The villa is close to the beautiful La Mata beach and local supermarkets, shops, restaurants, and bars. The accommodation consists of 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms with baths and showers. There is a large sun balcony with a lovely sea view. The lounge and dining area seats 6 and the kitchen is fully equipped with full oven and grill, microwave oven and washing machine and dishwasher. Digital TV with all major British TV channels and radio/tape/CD player. Air conditioning can be made available for 50 Euros per week. There is a barbeque for your use. There is car parking space at the side of the villa for 2 cars. The villa is enclosed by a small wall and gate which leads into a cul-sac where parking is not permitte

The villa is situated in front of Park Torre del Moro, which over looks the blue Mediterranean. The view from the villa balcony is stunning and Dolphins can occasionally be seen swimming by. The town of Torrevieja is very Spanish town with restaurants, shops, night market and a funfair for the children. The harbour in Torrevieja is a centre for boat trips, and a Spanish submarine is now open to the public as a tourist attraction. Inland is the shopping centre (Haberneras) and is not to be missed, also a water park which is entertainment for all the family. Ten minutes drive you will find the lovely town of Guardamar with its abundance of shops, bars, cafes, restaurants, street markets and the lovely unspoiled beaches were you can sample the delights of the fresh fish restaurants. It is also worth wandering through the beautiful Sofia park of Elche to see the wildlife. Every day there is a street market in different town where you can buy excellent bargains leather shoes for 15 Euros

  • A £100 per week booking fee is required, the balance is due 8 weeks prior to holiday dates. A refundable deposit of £100 to cover damage/ breakages is required with balance. Extended lets between Nov and March can be negotiated at special rates. For further information contact us by E-mail via our web site. Cot, high chair & DVD player can be hired.
    During the busy holiday months of June/July/August, bookings can only be taken on a Saturday-Saturday basis

Many restaurants to walk to in the evening without worrying about driving. The markets of Guardamar, La Mata, Santa Pola and Torrevieja continue all through the winter months!! with local bus route just 3 minutes away.

Spacious villa with sun terrace and sea view: A beautiful villa which benefits from all day sunshine and overlooks the sea and Park Torre del Moro. It is a 10-15 minutes walking distance to La Mata beach, shops restaurants and bars. The villa has 2 floors and comprises 3 bedrooms which sleep a maximum of 6 people with a bathroom and shower on each floor. The ground floor has a large living area with satellite TV, dining area and a well equipped kitchen with washing machine, fridge/freezer and microwave. There is also a double bedroom and bathroom on this floor. On the first floor there are a further 2 bedrooms and bathroom plus a large sun terrace with table, chairs and sun beds. Facilities include a communal pool. Towels and bed linen are provided. A welcome pack can be provided at a cost of 15 Euros and needs to be requested prior to your arrival. There are several excellent golf courses within a 20 min drive from the villa. Torrevieja is about 40 Kms from Alicante airport and about the same from Murcia airport.

The drive from Alicante airport takes approximately 40 minutes on the main coast road south (N332). Torrevieja is also served by Murcia airport (40 Kms) and is also a 40 minutes drive. There are numerous fine sandy beaches nearby and an aqua park about 10 minutes drive. The area is served by an excellent local bus service which runs frequently between Torrevieja and La Mata. An airport transfer service can be made available at an approximate cost of 40 Euros' per car each way, (maximum of 4 people per car). This must be paid to the driver or 5 people can be transported for 50 Euros.

Within walking distance: Communal pool, Beach, Mercadona supermarket, Pharmacy, shops, internet cafes', bank with ATM, restaurants.

Other Activities: Aqua park, ten pin bowling, shopping centre, and Go carting.
