Spacious villa with sun terrace and sea view:
A beautiful villa which benefits from all day sunshine and overlooks the sea and Park Torre del Moro. It is a 10-15 minutes walking distance to La Mata beach, shops restaurants and bars. The villa has 2 floors and comprises 3 bedrooms which sleep a maximum of 6 people with a bathroom and shower on each floor. The ground floor has a large living area with satellite TV, dining area and a well equipped kitchen with washing machine, fridge/freezer and microwave. There is also a double bedroom and bathroom on this floor. On the first floor there are a further 2 bedrooms and bathroom plus a large sun terrace with table, chairs and sun beds.
Facilities include a communal pool. Towels and bed linen are provided. A welcome pack can be provided at a cost of 15 Euros and needs to be requested prior to your arrival. There are several excellent golf courses within a 20 min drive from the villa.
Torrevieja is about 40 Kms from Alicante airport and about the same from Murcia airport.
The drive from Alicante airport takes approximately 40 minutes on the main coast road south (N332). Torrevieja is also served by Murcia airport (40 Kms) and is also a 40 minutes drive. There are numerous fine sandy beaches nearby and an aqua park about 10 minutes drive. The area is served by an excellent local bus service which runs frequently between Torrevieja and La Mata. An airport transfer service can be made available at an approximate cost of 40 Euros' per car each way, (maximum of 4 people per car). This must be paid to the driver or 5 people can be transported for 50 Euros.
