Ample off road parking with garage with solarium for private sun bathing and additional covered parking area. Terracing with canopy, built-in barbecue and tables and chairs. Comfortable living/dining room with satellite T.V. Kitchen with electric eye level oven and separate dual hob. Microwave and dishwasher. Full laundry facilities in utility room with larder fridge/freezer and boiler for hot water on demand. One double bedroom with ensuite shower and one twin with house bath/shower room adjacent. Four bicycles, Boules and indoor games.

La Siesta Urbanisation is a village approximately 3 km from the busy town of Torrevieja with its beautiful shops and nearest beaches. Set between two large salt lakes with a rural backdrop of residential and holiday homes. Supermarkets, bread and paper shops, restaurants and bars all within easy walking distance from No. 34. Bus stop at top of Calle Ravel to take you to Torrevieja although car hire is recommended. Surrounded with golf courses, Aqua Parks nearby, horse riding and go karting for Fathers and Sons. Santa Barbara in Alicante is worth a visit and all Fiestas. The swimming pool at No. 34 will delight everyone.
