'OUR LITTLE PLACE IN THE SUN' is set in a quiet well established residential area overlooking the famous salt lakes of Torrevieja. The villa has its own small private grounds with secure off road parking. The accommodation comprises of comfortable lounge/dining area leading through to a small well equipped kitchen. Bathroom with bath/shower and bidet. There are 2 bedrooms (1 double, 2 singles) with built in wardrobes and a secure safe. A Utility room leads out to the stairway giving access to a large sun terrace which has sun beds, patio table and chairs, awning and umbrellas and gas BBQ. All linen and indoor towel are provided. Supermarkets and Restaurants are all nearby, and there is a small waterpark which is within walking distance and is ideal for small children and a relaxing day around a pool. Airport taxi service available on request (35-45 euros). A hire car is recommended although the local bus service picks up from the estate and is very reliable and good value.

TORREVIEJA is situated next to the sea in the south of the Valencian Community. It is surrounded by two large natural saltwater lagoons that form the well-known 'Salterns of Torrevieja', which are considered to be the biggest in Europe. Alicante, the provincial capital is about 47 Kms away, and the international airports of El Altet and San Javier are about 35 Kms away. In recent years Torrevieja has become a first-class tourist location, it boasts 360 days of sun a year and an average temperature of 18°C. There are many beautiful beaches, squares, walks, parks, gardens and other natural beauty spots (Ferriz). One of the main attractions to Torrevieja are the variety of festivals which take place every month. Some of the most popular events in Spain are the Carnavals in which thousands of people join in, forming a light show of colour, satir and good humour. Within 40 mins drive is Benidorm to the north with its theme and water parks and to the south is La Manga the famous golf resort.

The Villa will be clean on your arrival, beds made up and internal towels and tea towels provided.
    Special prices can be agreed for long winter lets and short term occupancy out of season.
