Charming two bedroom, two bathroom Villa with private garden and Pool. The villa has two bedrooms (master with ensuite and a twin bedroom), a good size lounge with open plan kitchen. Rear patio area with seating, BBQ and sun awning. To the front of the villa is a large open terrace with sun awning overlooking the pool area. Upstairs is a solarium (ideal for sun worshippers). The villa has air conditioning and ceiling fans. For your entertainment the villa has TV with UK satellite system (lots of English channels), DVD player and Video. The villa is situated in a quiet residential area, nice and peaceful but within easy walking distance of the various shops, supermarkets, restaurants, cafes, bars, banks etc. (3 / 4min walk). La Siesta has its own mini water park (big pool with water slides and shoots - 5min walk from the villa) open June to September, great fun for the all the family.

Torreveija: In recent years Torrevieja has become a first-class tourist location, it boasts 320 days of sun a year and an average temperature of 18°C. There are many beautiful beaches, squares, walks, public parks, gardens and other natural beauty spots. Torrevieja is a typically lively Spanish town with its many cafes bars restaurants offering delicacies from all around the world and famous street markets. For the children and teenagers Torrevieja offers an all year round Fun Fair, 3 huge water parks (June to September) and several fantastic go kart tracks. One of the main attractions to Torrevieja are the variety of festivals which take place almost every month. Some of the most popular events in Torrevieja are the Carnivals, in which thousands of people join in, forming a light show of colour, satir and good humour.

Things to Do: A Trip into Torreveija town centre is a must, Take a stroll along the promenade, check out the evening street market (next to the water fountain) open every night. Visit the Tivolo (fun fair) has rides for both adults and children, have an ice-cream from one of the many ice-cream parlours along form the front. Visit the Huge water park with water slides, shoots and wave machines (open mid June to Sept) Go Go Karting at Punta Prima (open all year round) its a fantastic track offering High adrenalin fun for teenagers and adults (children over 7). Ten pin bowling near the new Haberneras Shopping centre. Take a relaxing walk around one of Torreveija’s parks, Go for a boat ride at the boating lake (park of Nations) For night time entertainment visit the lively Bar Streets (behind Ell Muelle restaurant) and if your still awake hit the night clubs try 'Pacha' (sister to Ibiza super club) located in the industrial area. Torreveija has approx 800 restaurants, Cafes & Bars to chose from

FANTASTIC VILLA!

This was our fourth stay at the villa and we love it so much that we keep coming back. We first holidayed here as a couple 5 years ago, and since having kids we have been back a few times. Family and friends have also stayed on more than one occasion, following our recommendation. The villa is perfect - spotless, with loads of space and everything you could possibly need for a great holiday. The pool is just the icing on the cake, very private and perfect for long lazy days just relaxing around. If you get tired of the pool, there is a great waterpark for the kids just around the corner too. We've just returned from a weeks holiday in July and our 2 daughters (4 & 1 yrs) just loved it. There are several great restaurants also within walking distance (all very family friendly). All in all, the villa is highly recommended by us!

This was our first holiday as a family with our 1 year old daughter and despite our anxieties, my husband, baby and I all had a lovely relaxing break.

The villa was a great size and the pool was just perfect. Everything was there that we needed for lazy games, barbeques and sunbathing.It had two good sized bedrooms, one with an en-suite, and a dining/kitchen/lounge all with air conditioning. The villa was clean and wel maintained. The best thing was the amount of outdoor space.

We explored the town and beach a little in a hire car, which was certainly needed to get around, although most of our time was spent in this quiet urbanisation because of our little one's routine. I had worried about her comfort and the space for my husband and I to enjoy ourselves too but al of us were able to fully relax.

Within a very short walk we found a suficient choice of cafes (the German bakery does a good breakfast) and restaurants (including some Chinese buffets) to suit our limited needs. The supermarkets were not far away either and the new nearby shopping mall was great for when we'd had enough of the pool.

We asked for the transfers from the airport to be included and this really tok the stress out of the holiday - although it was quite expensive, travel to and from the villa was comfortable and pleasant.
