Photos and Description of this La Torreta holiday villa 3 Bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, sleep 5 or 6 guests (with put me up bed)

Super house on a corner plot with shaded terrace and big sun top solarium (4 sun beds and great views) the house has 3 bedrooms (double, twin and single with aditional fold out bed) 2 bathrooms, separate kitchen, a cosy lounge with comfortable seating for 5 and a dining area with seating for six. The TV has satellite with English speaking channels, plus video + DVD player. The communal pool is located just the other side of the house with plenty of grassed sunbathing areas to relax around. A few minutes walk away you'll find some good local restaurants (Indian, Chinese, fish and chips, supermarket plus several bars and cafes. If you don’t have a hire car there is a bus stop 2 mins away or if you prefer walking within 10min are several more restaurants, bars a large bowling ally, casino plus the new Haberneras shopping complex. A little further (15min walk) is the huge Aqua park (summer times only) Torrevieja town center is a 15min walk and the beach via a scenic foot path is 30min walk

Los Altos Del Limonar is within easy walking distance to many shops, bars restaurants. There is also two local Aqua parks (torreveija and la siesta), ten-Pin bowling alley, cinemas and plenty of golf courses nearby. A stroll or bus ride would take you to Torrevieja town centre for night life, town shopping and beaches. It is a peaceful area and a short cycle ride or walk would take you to the nature reserve of Laguna de La Mata. A short drive takes you to the blue flag beaches of La Mata, Guardamar and Campoamor.

Hi Martha The Villa was lovely thank you, really nice to stay in and plenty of room to get 5 minutes peace.
We did enjoy eating out and absolutely everyone was friendly, nice and helpful. I wouldn't hesitate to put your name to my friends if they wanted a Spanish holiday. Jane.

my family and I stayed here last june for 2 weeks, we had a fantastic time. A communal pool was within steps away and very safe. A small selection of pubs and eating places within 5 minutes up the road, with the most amazing chinese ever. Everything you needed was there, some lovely days spent on the roof terrace, it was a little longer to the beach than we expected, however a water park was literally 15 mins walk away and a very large asda type supermarket within the same area. I did not want to leave but all good things must come to an end. Will be booking again. many thanks.xxx
