The property is located in a quite residential area that is within easy walking distance to many shops, bars restaurents. There is also two local Aqua parks (torreveija and la siesta), ten-Pin bowling alley, cinemas and plenty of golf courses nearby. A stroll or bus ride would take you to Torrevieja town centre for night life, town shopping and beaches. It is a peaceful area and a short cycle ride or walk would take you to the nature reserve of Laguna de La Mata. A short drive takes you to the blue flag beaches of La Mata, Guardamar and Campoamor.

Stayed here August 07 and August 08 , late in writing review - as looking for a bigger place to share with others and realised how valuable reviews are.

Great for a family of four, a little small for 6 though. Air conditioning downstairs and in main bedroom. Smaller bedroom had ceiling fan and floor fan.

Quiet neighbourhood, nice seating area outside- very ate indoors.

Communal pool just round the corner - has been not very busy each time we have been there - had it to ourselves quite often.

We had a car, would recomend (though others there did use the bus), there are restuarants within walking distance.

Lovely beaches all along the coast.

Enjoy we did, only not going this year as sharing with another family in a bigger place.
Recommended for:  Age 55+, Girls Getaway, Families with Young Children
